Join us for an exciting adventure to husky and reindeer farms, where you'll discover the fascinating lives of Siberian huskies and reindeer. Our guided tour at the husky park provides insights into these incredible dogs' daily routines and their role in Lapland. Plus, you'll experience the thrill of a 1km sledge ride with our friendly huskies. (2km ride since December) Next, we'll visit a reindeer farm, where you can feed these gentle creatures, gain insights into their way of life, and even enjoy a delightful 400m sledge ride. It's a hassle-free way to connect with nature and experience the magic of Lapland. Don't miss this opportunity to create wonderful memories with huskies and reindeer in the Arctic wilderness! Please note, Husky and reindeers sledge rides arranged with a wheeled sleigh since at this time the permanent snow hasn’t fallen yet. Husky sledge ride 1km till the end of December, 2km since January.

It was very cold that day -26, so the dog sled ride was shortened. Which of course we understand, but we did pay for 2 km. We also enjoyed the husky and reindeer tour. Fun to experience. Very commercial, the buses arrived every half hour fully packed.

Booking was straightforward. We received a WhatsApp message with the pick-up time from our guide. The pick-up at the hotel went really well and our guide, Angelo, was attentive, helpful and considerate. The husky farm was wonderful. There was a hut with a fireplace, warm tea and biscuits. The dogs were great too. There were other people from other safaris there, so there was a lot going on. The trip was unfortunately very short, but it was still an experience and a possible foretaste of going on a real tour (of many hours). The Santa Claus village was also beautiful. I was attracted to the live webcam and so I called my family and they were able to admire me live at the Arctic Circle. There was of course a huge crowd at Santa's (he can actually speak many languages) and for €35 you got a unique photo in his cozy living room. There are options for eating on site and various shopping options (from souvenir shops to expensive hunting knife shops). The reindeer were of course adorable. You take a short ride in the reindeer sleigh (it's a bit like pony riding at the Christmas market). You can also paint the animals. Since I love animals very much, I'm not sure how I feel about them having to pull the many sleighs around the grounds all day long (in a large circle). But I think a reindeer sleigh ride through the forest must be something very special. Thanks to Angelo for the good support (English/Italian) and the many special impressions.

Really a terrible experience which is practically a fraud! We booked this excursion (2 adults and a child” another exactly at a cheap price and we received by Viator a confirmation receipt for a specific time: unfortunately no-one showed up claiming that the meeting time should have been 25 minutes earlier than the hour in Viator proof of purchase (and no one communicated the anticipation). Result: no excursion and no refund: if this is not a fraud I do not now how else to define it.
