Enter a unique immersive experience that will take you to know the legend, history and art of making tequila, the most emblematic drink in Mexico. Throughout the experience, amazing 3D details will bring the narrative to life, embroiling you in a journey full of culture and tradition.

The experience begins with a welcome cocktail prepared by our mixologist, who will mark the perfect start before Mayahuel, goddess of the agave, leads you through this fascinating journey full of discovery.

The adventure culminates in our exclusive cava, recognized with the distinctive “T” of the Tequila Regulatory Council (CRT), guarantee of authenticity and quality. There you will live a tasting guided by a Tequila Expert, who will take you to explore the aromas and flavors of a special reserve of 100% Agave Azul tequilas, carefully selected especially for this experience and that you will not find anywhere else.

What To Expect

Our meeting point will be at Teatro Vallarta, where we will welcome you to begin the tour inside the theater, in a special area set up for the experience. Once inside, we’ll guide you through a sensory journey where you’ll receive special glasses that bring the artwork in the venue to life. Next, we’ll move to a room where we’ll share the history and origins of this ancestral drink. Through videos, projections, and video mapping, you’ll discover the fascinating story behind tequila. We’ll then head to another room to explain the tequila-making process, followed by a fun activity where you’ll explore the aromas and flavors of tequila. The final stop is the tasting session, where you'll learn how to savor tequila like a true professional. The tour ends in a souvenir shop where you can purchase your own bottle of tequila.

This was a wonderful experience that opened our eyes to the complexity and beauty of tequila. From the delicious opening drink, to learning the intricacies of making tequila, to learning how to properly drink and savour each sip, David guided us through a wonderful experience. 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent experience and hospitality and Dave and Martin were so nice and informative. The history of the Agave plant to the tequila tasting was fascinating and great. Highly recommend this tour as it was a great value and we certainly enjoyed it.

This was an amazing experience!! We learned so much in a fun and creative way, had fabulous tequila, and overall thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. David (the host) has put his heart and soul into this and it shows. We will go back on future trips and it is now on our “must do” list for friends and family who are traveling to PV.

BOOK THIS TOUR IMMEDIATELY!!!!! For those looking for a condensed tequila tour with just as much fun and information as a 6 hour tour, look no further! David and his team do an excellent job as they take you thru the history of tequila! They encourage conversation, questions and curiosity from their travelers. The 3D effect is awesome and not cheesy, if anything it ADDS to the fun of the tour. At the end you got a chance to purchase 100% Blue Agave Tequila that you could never find anywhere else. My husband and I had an amazing time and suggest it to anyone traveling to PVR.

One of the best cruise excursions we’ve ever been on. We learned a lot about tequila and got the opportunity to taste lots of different kinds! Got a decent lunch. But we were really surprised about how great the show was. It was not at all what we expected! Totally worth it!
