I recommend doing it on the first day so as to better understand the island. Pedro was fantastic, he explained a lot and took us to see some wonderful gems. He also speaks perfect Italian and it was an even greater pleasure even though I also understood the Spanish explanations for the rest of the group. Super

we lost 300 euros, unlike the other activities with other companies where they only asked for 20% of the amount and the rest on departure, for the safari they asked for the full amount, around 300 euros, after which every activity we had booked by others it was canceled the day before because there was a weather alert for hurricanes, hail and storms, I contacted this company to move the safari but they didn't answer the messages and the phone, the next day they wrote to us that they would be leaving for the safari (outdoors near cliffs by the sea) and therefore they would not have given us back our money or moved the day, because we tried to leave the house and the wind spoated the car as well as us, and everything flew in the garden, sunbeds in pool umbrellas etc, we tried to call them to say it was impossible, the very rude and rude lady hung up the phone on us and never answered. we lost all the money, they were the only ones who didn't pay us back and wanted to leave anyway, putting us in danger in order not to lose money. above you will find photos of the bad weather but in any case you can find articles everywhere that talk about the hurricane and very strong thunderstorms in menorca on the day of our safari, DO NOT CONTACT THEM because if the weather changes you will lose your money, contact professional and serious agencies! for more info do not hesitate to contact me, I will be happy to show you the video evidence and message screens

I'll start with the negative and get that out the way! Didn't really know what time we were due to be picked up, so I had to call them to find out (I had emailed too but no response after 24 hours). We were told 9am. The land rover actually arrived at 9:55am... so not the best start and possibly we didn't see/have as much time as other tours due to this. Once we got going, it was great to visit the quarry and other sights. The off roading aspect was fun. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly. We paid €13 each for the lunch at the farm which consisted of meat (salami), two different types of cheese, bread, salad and vegetables. Everyone was offered wine, water, coffee (black) and fruit (no charge). Other people paid €7 for a baguette (salami or cheese). We visited a lighthouse and a beach too but didn't have as much time as we would have wanted. All in all a good excursion, but only 3 star due to lack of commuciation about pick up and lateness. We didn't get to stroke any Menorcan horses (which was advertised).

Can’t fault the staff and their friendliness - willing to alter things to suit the party. However, it was over priced and lunch/drinks were not included - worked out at around £60 a head - wouldn’t recommend on that basis.
