Enter a world of Mahon-Menorca cheese on a 2,5-hour visit to a typical Farm in the Island. Watch the cheese makers at work as they separate the whey and shape the cheese into wheels. Before you leave, finish with a tasting of cheese paired.

Learn the origins of Mahon cheese on a visit to a cheese factory in the hill of Menorca. Hear how the cheese is still produced following traditional methods.

Watch the cheese makers pull the product from the milk vats, and get a behind-the-scenes look at the process of cooking and separating the whey.

After making the cheese, we do a guided tour of the farm where you can interact with the animals. You help us to feed the cows and give the calves their milk.

You will have the chance to make and personalize your own cheese, the detailed guided tour and a tasting of our products.

What To Expect

Help us to make Mahon-Menorca cheese. You enter the cheese making room and help us with daily production. You can also personalize a cheese and we will send it to you once it is cured. After making the cheese, we do a guided tour of the farm where you can interact with the animals. You help us to feed the cows and give the calves their milk. We also explain the traditional farming methods in Menorca. Once the tour has finished you are invited to try the products that we make on the farm.

Excellent, whole experience was very enjoyable. The guide (sorry I've forgotten your name!) was brilliant, great at communicating with us English-speakers as well as the catalan in the group. Terrific, would recommend to anyone.

It is 1 fairly quiet island with beautiful scenery the north is more lively than the south. Beautiful beaches .and cities like Majo. Capital and Cuitatella which are.t to visit

This cheese making / farm tour was an amazing, authentic experience. Evan was our tour guide and he was exceptional at leading us through the hands-on cheese making process and explaining how the farm operates. We also loved petting the cows, giving the baby cows their milk out of a bottle, watching Evan feed the pigs, and sampling cheese and meats at the end! This is a must if you are visiting Menorca!

We would thoroughly recommend this activity , this is clearly a farming family who are immensely proud of their heritage and traditional product and so they should be.It was a great balance of farming facts , animal interaction and practical cheese making activity - with the option to buy your own produced artisan cheese ( once cured) shipped out .finished off with a lovely homemade lunch . Tourism needs to keep supporting small businesss like this. 10/10

Tour was fantastic. Great fun for a family with a 10 & 6yo. Hosts were very supportive of small children. Was fun for me (45yo) too.

Beautiful farm with lovely hosts. The small cheese making experience was great. We made our own personalized cheese that we can receive by mail at the later date. Kids had a wonderful time feeding the cows, petting animals and also making cheese. Our guide Ivan was very friendly and was great with the kids. We had a great time and would recommend this to anyone who wants a unique experience on the island. The cheese tasting at the end was also a nice touch!
