What To Expect

Your guide will greet you at the kayak launch inside War Veteran's Memorial park where you will be given dry bags if needed and a brief paddle talk to go over any instructions or tips to make your trip as easy as possible. When we arrive at the sandbar (about 30 minutes later) we will drop anchor, put on some music, break out the games, and crack open a drink! You will have about 3 hours to enjoy the areas most popular sandbars. Great for birthdays, bachelor(ette) parties, and any other excuse to gather your crew for a fun day on the water. Your guide will also be tasked with taking fun photos of your experience and sending them all to you at the end of the day.

I recently went on a kayak tour for a friend’s birthday and it was a blast! Taylor was an amazing guide and definitely enhanced our experience. She had fun games for us to play while at the sandbar and was super easy to coordinate with prior to our excursion. Would 100% recommend booking with her and it’s totally something I would do again with family or friends!

Taylor was the most AMAZING guide ever!! We had a blast all day and she provided the most fun games and activities. We also like that she owns everything herself so we didn’t feel restricted by corporation policies. Would 10/10 book again and recommend to anyone visiting looking for some time on the water or even locals like us celebrating a friends birthday!

We went out for my friend’s birthday and it was so fun! We paddled to a beautiful mangrove tunnel and when we came out, we were at the sandbar! Our guide set up a a few floats for us and had a bunch of other fun things to keep us entertained. We mostly snorkeled around and looked for shells. The four hours flew by to be honest and had there not been a storm rolling in soon we would have stayed a little longer. Such a fun day!

Great day! We paddled out to a sandbar and got a few hours hanging out, listening to music and drinking some beers! Our guide Taylor was awesome. She tugged out a floating platform with a bunch of stuff for us to use and mess around with out there. Super easy to book and coordinate with local tide. They even gave us a veteran discount! We had a great day and will definitely be going on another tour with local tide!
