What To Expect
If you're looking for enjoyable water activities on our gorgeous island in Turks and Caicos, book a parasail trip with Key to the Sea Parasailing. Parasailing offers a unique view of the island and ocean, and we can take whole families out of Grace Bay beach for a fun day out on the water. Providenciales hosts the 3rd largest reef in the world. There is no better way to view that, from the air, while visiting Turks and Caicos. We pick up along Grace Bay from your hotel or private villa, and when we're finished, our friendly crew can drop you back off to your lodgings. We also offer private charters for fairly large groups. Our captain and crewmembers will explain all the procedures and safety precautions when preparing you and your family for takeoff. After the safety instructions they will assist all flights for gentle takeoffs and landings from the rear of the parasail boat. During your parasail flight, you may want to be dipped in the water or request to stay dry. The choice is up to you. In addition, we offer single, double or triple parasailing trips.Parasailing is a safe and exciting. It is truly fun for the entire family.

5.00Boat picked up on time from beach across from hotel (Ritz). Only 2 other people on the boat. Spent 12 minutes exactly in the air and the crew took great photographs and videos. Everything appeared safe and operated smoothly. I'd recommend to anyone looking to parasail in Grace Bay. Seemed to be a better experience than some of the other operators in the area.

5.00Took my family of four, with kids ages 11 and 13, and they had a blast! The crew was great: thorough and attentive. Felt like they took care to ensure safety. Definitely book online. People along the beach will help them fill spots but then it'll cost you $10 more per person and that extra $$ ostensibly goes to the person on the beach who reeled you in for the trip.

5.00These guys knocked it out of the park again. Last time it was my wife and I in 2024. This time we had our kids and their significant others. The 6 of us had an amazing time. We met some really cool people during this excursion. I highly recommend Key to the Sea. The staff is very friendly, funny and made our day rememberable.

5.00Although we unfortunately weren’t able to take the excursion due to a mix-up, I still want to leave a positive review because of how professionally the situation was handled. There was a small scheduling hiccup and our guide didn’t receive the notification that we had been added to his tour, so he didn’t arrive at the original meeting time. As soon as we contacted the company, both the guide and the team reached out immediately to apologize and take responsibility. The guide even offered to come pick us up within 20 minutes, but since we were flying out that day, we couldn’t make a later departure work. The company refunded us in full right away and also offered a discount for a future tour, which we really appreciated. Even though we didn’t get to experience the excursion itself, their customer service was excellent—responsive, sincere, and solution-focused. Based on how they handled the situation, I would absolutely book with them again on a future visit.

5.00A first rate experience, the captain and first mate were careful people, very clear in their instructions and made the whole experience very confident and enjoyable. The ride was exhilarating and they were generous with our flight time, even giving us a little foot splash near the end As an added bonus the first mate took some excellent video and photos on my wife’s phone to remember the event. Will definitely look these guys up on our next trip
