The Sri Mahamariamman Temple is the oldest Hindu temple in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Founded in 1873, it is situated at the edge of Chinatown in Jalan Bandar. In 1968, a new structure was built, featuring the ornate 'Raja Gopuram' tower in the style of South Indian temples.

1.00The driver was not cooperative, and at one point of time, passed objectionable comments about passengers. He wanted to wrap up the tour by 2 hours, finally he did it by 2.30 hours. The tour package was not worthy.

5.00Indran was my driver. Excellent guide. He was vey knowledge and accommodating. Guide would explain what you were seeing and allow you to explore for yourself. It was safe to get out of car and walk around. The city at night was stunning. So much life and energy.

5.00Heri was an outstanding tour guide- he wanted to make sure every attraction was to our liking and provided significant background on every site visited. He was accommodating and let us add/cut back time on certain locations. He made us laugh and very apologetic over features out of his control, like the traffic or rain. Next time in KL we will give Heri a call!
