  This bus bar hopping tour was the most fun and entertaining time. We all had such a blast. Great Bus Driver, entertaining Narrator, cool pubs. Just a absolute wonderful time and lots of laughs.

• Unreliable Company — Canceled on Us 3 Days Before Our Tour

  We booked this tour over a month in advance and organized our entire trip around it. Three days before the activity, the company suddenly canceled — not because of weather or safety, but because another group canceled and they didn’t meet their minimum headcount. Instead of honoring confirmed bookings or finding a way to accommodate us, they just told us it was “out of their hands” and offered a refund. This is completely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. Guests shouldn’t be penalized for another group’s decision to cancel — that’s something the company should plan for, not pass onto paying customers who made reservations in good faith. We were left scrambling last minute to rearrange plans, and it caused major disruption to our itinerary. If reliability and proper communication matter to you, I would not recommend booking with this company. There are plenty of other tour operators in Aruba who respect their customers’ time and commitments.

  Amazing experience on the Kukoo Kanuku bus. These guys know how to make it a party. Got the party rolling. Only complaint was the bars they choose had huge price disparities in drinks. We were told each bar we went to we got a free shot. Turns out you buy your own drinks at the bar and they give you a spiked punch on the bus and refill before each bar. 2 shots of tequila at one bar was 28.00, at the next bar 42.00? If I was the bar owner chosen for the party bus I would make sure the drinks were reasonable....then you might get a repeat visit by customers during their trip.

  Such a great tour. We visit Aruba every year and always book one of the tours. This time we did the Happy Hour Tour and the Lub Crawl. They were both so much fun. Ask for Gio and Sexy. They’re the best
