Natural Bridge
Travelers visiting Natural Bridge in Yoho National Park are treated to a striking example of nature's artistry. This unique rock formation, carved by the erosive power of the Kicking Horse River, creates a natural arch that spans the river's flow. The bridge is easily accessible, located just 3 kilometers west of Field on Emerald Lake Road, making it a convenient stop for those exploring the area. Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts +2 field.ca +2 field.ca +2 The formation is a testament to the relentless forces of nature; over time, the river's current has eroded the softer rock beneath a hard limestone layer, creating a gap through which the water now flows. This geological wonder is best viewed from the bridge that spans the Kicking Horse River, offering visitors a safe vantage point to admire the natural bridge and the surrounding landscape

Excellent tour! Parking at the pick up site in Canmore was the only drawback to our tour, but our guide was very accommodating! The “Lakes” are all very very crowded, but soooo beautiful!
