Don't assume that you can drive here in your car, leave your car in a car park and walk to the Lakes yourself and cut out the tour operators.... You can't. Access to the Lakes is by shuttle only and these were completely booked up on the day that we went. This meant that if we had turned up and hoped just to go up on a shuttle all by ourselves then we couldn't. I'm told that the car parks fill up from 5:30 a.m. in the morning and there are limited number of spaces. The car parks are policed by a very organized group of car park attendance and there is no exception to the parking rule

This was a wonderful tour which visited Morraine Lake, Lake Louise, Emerald Lake and Natural Bridge (both in Yoho National Park). Banff Ave. and lunch at Lake Louise Village. Tour Guide Mike was very knowledgeable and Bus Driver Brenda did a great job navigating the bus all day.

This tour was definitely a highlight of our trip to Banff! Our tour guide was awesome and our bus driver was skilled at driving the coach bus on some windy mountain roads. The water at all three lakes was absolutely as magical and blue as the photos you see. Be forwarned, because these stops are so beautiful, they are extremely busy. Expect to see a lot of people at all stops. That being said, when you arrive at each place, walk and keep on walking past the crowds and it will spread out and get easier to see. Our tour guide was great at letting us know exactly the best spots to get photos and was happy to take our pictures. We did not rent any canoes as they were over $100 per half hour and we only got an hour or less at each lake, but the views from shore were still worth the visit.

Fantastic tour - got to see some amazing sights, accompanied by a great tour guide and skilled driver. Great communication before and during the tour, and really well organized. Grey, the tour guide, gave us tips on the best viewing spots, photo areas, and helped all of us take really great shots. Would absolutely recommend this tour!
