  This is a long overdue review of my Banff day trip I took in mid August 2024: Our driver and guide, Li Gin was great! He was gentle speaking, informative and drove so smoothly. He gave us fun facts about the landmarks we passed through Calgary and Alberta during the drive to and from. He even gave us free water bottles! Lunch was not covered on the trip but we stopped at an area that offered diner food, sandwiches and asian food. We went on a rare "unlucky" rainy day during the summer, but it wasn't bad at all. In fact, the mist and clouds along the snow capped mountains added to a very dreamlike visit. My favorite lakes were Emerald Lake and Moraine Lake. The photos I featured are unedited and yes the water really looked like that!! SO stunning, if I ever come back I'd want to hike along the Lake Louise trail. Highly recommend taking this tour and making beautiful memories!!

  Easy booking the service. Driver Felix and tour guide Joseph were really friendly, helpful and professional. Felix was very kind person, because of him my dad s trip became very easy. My dad has arthritis and rheumatism. He helped my dad always to get off the bus and climb up. Although it was not his responsibility. It truly shows his kindness towards others. Both Felix and Joseph never rushed. They were on time. Joseph was very knowledgeable and told us about the places we were going to visit and little bit about the place. All in all our trip was memorable one.

• Worst and disappointing tour!

  Too many pickups or stops, wasted time plus van was dirty and dusty with wet seats. Tour guide is inaudible and did not respond to simple question as “how long is the stay at Lake Louise” he said 35min then it was actually an hour and 10 min, was hard to plan…simply aggravating and unenjoyable long rides and pickups of other customers in diff places took too much ou our time. Total 12 hrs when only a total about 2 or 3 hrs productive in the sights-was really not what my friends and I expected and signed up for. Guide seemed to cater more to Chinese speaking groups which consisted most of the riders and took the most time to pickup and drop offs. It was the worst and a big disappointing tour of all Viator tours wéve taken! Will not recommend!

  Nil, our guide, was a welcoming person who invited us to explore while also sharing the history of the places we visit. We hope to return in a different season.

  The views were wonderful and worth the trip. It was great to see the lakes and also the glaciers above them.
