5.00My boyfriend and I were staying in Banff for his birthday for less than 48 hours so we wanted to make sure we spent a full day of sightseeing. We booked this tour through Viator and honestly, this tour made our trip. We were picked up by our tour guide, Ahmed, who was punctual to say the least. He was extremely knowledgeable and had a wicked sense of humor. We were laughing the entire tour; he made us all feel like one big family and we wouldn’t have had such an amazing time if it weren’t for him. He was attentive and his priority was to ensure we were all getting what we wanted out of the tour. The lakes were beautiful as well; our entire group unanimously voted that they were a 12.5/10! While there’s lots of options with tourism in Banff/Calgary, the tour guide is what makes the tour worth while. We are appreciative of Ahmed’s guidance and the passion. Thank you, Ahmed! We highly recommend this tour.
