5.00This was a great way to visit each attraction for viewing. If you want to do any hiking you may want to find a firm that has longer stops, but this was a great trip. Ahmed and Jennifer were great. Ahmed was very knowledgable and was firm with the time to get back to the bus which I appreciated. I would recommend this tour if you are a first timer to Banff to get around.

4.00Anthony was very knowledgeable. He was kind and considerate as well. He allowed us enough time at each stop based on the variables at hand, My only suggestion would be for him to wear a microphone. His voice does not carry and my husband especially had a hard time hearing him.

5.00We had a wonderful family day trip with Viator to visit three of the most beautiful lakes. Although it was on and off raining today and some of us didn’t bring raincoats, our amazing bus driver, Ms. Jennifer, warmed our hearts by preparing plenty of disposable raincoats for everyone. She truly made my day! Our tour guide, Ahmed, was also fantastic—funny, professional, and very knowledgeable about the trip. He knew exactly how to keep us engaged and entertained. Overall, we had an amazing and memorable experience with Westar via Viator!
