5.00This shuttle service was amazing! Easy and efficient booking! Our driver/guide Joe was very knowledgeable of the areas, was punctual, friendly, and respectful. As others mentioned, the company provided complimentary granola bars and bottled water after Lake Louise. He also recommended to checkout the cafès at both lakes as well as good photo op spots. One thing to note is that if yo don't want to pay for parking at the Mount Royal Hotel, I highly suggest arrive in Banff Town early and head to the Banff Train Station where parking is free. Then just walk to the meetup place (behind Mount Royal Hotel) which takes about 10-15 mins walk. I will surely recomend this shuttle to friends and family!

4.00Our driver and the tour itself was a good experience once on board. The most confusing and frustrating part is finding your bus. You are asked to meet your bus at a pickup location that contains all the tour buses in Banff as it is the bus parking lot. There was no signage and our bus or most buses. We were left to ask bus to bus to try to find our tour.
