This is a lovely trip and a MUST if you are in the area. This tour, while we did not stop in Banff town itself, delivers amazing stops to multiple locations within the Banff and YoHo National Parks, including Lake Louise, Emerald Lake and the Natural Bridge. Pros of the trip are: the bus was very nice and comfortable. The guide Michael was very nice. It was nice to let someone else drive. No ticket needed to enter the park. Cons: Pickup was very confusing as there were a lot of charters from different companies and none of the busses are clearly identifies. Michael although nice, was hard to understand as mandarin is his first language. The stops were short and there was no clear information about food. The bathroom on the bus was not working and the restroom options at the stops were very busy, long lines. Would definitely recommend bringing a picnic lunch, snack and drinks, as the food was limited and outrageously expensive. It's obvious that these stops are not prepared for the volume of people who visit.

The bus ride was good agent lisa had lot of energy and really cared for all of us. However do not order food at lake Louise lodge. My kids had food poisoning later. If you can drive on own that’s better you can spend more time at the lake as they give very less time. You are spending more time on the bus The trip is more geared to cater to Mandarin population .

The trip to Banff was breathtaking! The Bus was comfortable but the windows were dirty and the bus driver and our guide were great.. so much to see I wish I spent more time there.
