4.00We were a family of 5 (21, 17 and 10) travelling on the Norwegian Bliss Cruise ship. The tour organizer was very accommodating as we had booked tour for the wrong date one day earlier than needed, but they were able to change once we realised our error. To meet the your you need to not just exit the pier but the entire cruise port, but there is really only one way to go past all the cruise ship busses and out of the port. Zip lines were 30-40 min away as expected and were fun, well organized and safe. They are pretty strict with the 55” height limit for bridges 2, 3 and 4 so our youngest who is 54” wasn’t able to do those but they can just walk around to the next stop on the ground. Otherwise we all enjoyed the bridges and zip lines. Overall the Canopy activity took less than 2 hours. The only reason I rated this 4/5 stars was the Bufadora wasn’t that great. Lots of people and shops giving the hard sell on lots of souvenirs on a single street that is pretty crowded. Could have just skipped that part and spent more time either in the city or at the beach for the 2.5 hours that took with the drive and walk back to the Bufadora.

5.00Our first time zip lining and we had a blast!!! Definitely will return to do another excursion at this park!! Employees at the park are extremely kind and really enjoy their job. Our driver Chuy was great!!

5.00We had a great time. The private transport was awesome and very reassuring we'd make it back to our cruise in time. Victor was our driver and made sure we made it to each of our excursions and waited for us. The zipline & canopy was fun for all. Be sure to wear closed toed shoes, workout pants/biker shorts... be prepared to walk stairs and challenge your balance. It felt very safe and our guide was friendly and talkative. The ATVs were also fun. Be sure to wear sun glasses and maybe even bring a face cover up or mask. We didn't have any so can do it without the face covering but it is pretty dusty. Our clothes were dirty. We used the bathroom to wipe down and Victor gave us some additional wipes. We headed to the Bufadora last. Good to see and the shopping is fun especially if you like to haggle for a price. A MuST is the BBQ Clams located by the Bufadora... worth every cent! Overall, great experience. We were back in plenty of time and had a great day.

5.00Staff was exceptional. Will absolutely return! Zipline! Very kind staff. Very clean restrooms. Overall very pleased. Would absolutely consider going back to rent a cabin and stay for a few days. A little hidden oasis!!
