Wonderful tour! Shigeru was a great guide and took many photos of us underwater with the sea turtles. A must do while in Yakushima!!

We had a wonderful morning snorkling with Shigeru. My wife and I were the only non-japanese in the group of 6 and Shigeru doesn't speak too much english but he put lots of effort in to explain clearly (sometimes using google translate) what we would be doing and how the equipment worked. Although it was our first time snorkling we felt safe and looked after. He is a really friendly, happy and enthusiastic guy. We snorkled for just over an hour and saw 3 sea turtules, an octopus, and many beautiful fish, plants and coral. It was an unforgettable experience and one I would highly recommend.

We snorkeled together with my wife. It was first time for her. Everything went really easy with equipment and transportation (Harazaki-san picked us up and drove us back to our hotel for no extra charge). The snorkeling itself was great! We saw many tropical fish, a sea snake, sea turtles and more. Harazaki-san Took a number of nice photos and videos during the session. Would love to come back and do it again! Thanks!
