Sometimes we will have to change location, re-schedule, and cancel (the refund will be issued 100% in case of cancellation by us). You will be informed of the options, and you will make the decision. Factors that could influence this are rain, high swell, wind, and jellyfish.
Unfortunately we cannot control the wind. In the event that strong winds prevent us from getting to the Arch we will spend more time snorkeling to make sure the adventure continues. We will not issue partial refunds.
Your safety is our priority. When the conditions are not favorable, due to wind, high waves, or a tropical storm, we offer to change the day of your reservation or make a refund.

Amazing experience! They picked us up from the hotel, took us to the beach, briefed us and provided snorkeling gear. We saw many schools of fish when we snorkeled near Pelican rock. We were accompanied by some seals who were swimming next to us. Feeling grateful to be able to witness the beauty of the area. I recommend taking hat and shades. Better to leave valuables/wallet in the hotel just to be carefree.

Great tour. Be prepared to work a little! You kayak about a mile up and back. Amazing scenery and you get to jump from a cliff into the water if you want!

Great guides and gear. Viewing the arch and sea lions was great but the snorkeling stole the show. Great quantity and variety of fish!

Great experience. Our guides, Mauri & Marcos (#2, the younger one) were outstanding and were great at navigating all the boat traffic.
