From 7 to 107 years of age, as long as you have no major health issues, you too can join in the fun!

• Face masks are mandatory during your shuttle service.

• Maximum weight allowed 265 lbs. for ziplining and 235 lbs. for the rappel.

• Don’t drink alcohol before taking your tour.

If arriving by cruise, please adhere to your tender schedule. Our shuttle operates on a strict timetable, and the driver cannot wait past the designated pickup time to avoid delays for others. Our cancellation policy requires notice within 24 hours, and refunds are not provided.

If arriving on a cruise, please notify us beforehand for a closer pickup location to your ship's docking port, ensuring a smoother transfer for you.

It's essential to bring cash for the park entrance fee, souvenirs, gratuities, or restaurant services, as there is no ATM available onsite. Due to the remote location of the basecamp, card terminals often do not function reliably. Please note that the park entrance fee must be paid at check-in before starting the activity, and failure to have cash for this fee will prevent participation, with no refunds available.

For the security of our guests, the cardholder must be present with their ID for all credit or debit card transactions at our basecamp, ensuring secure verification. No exceptions are allowed. The lead traveler must also bring their ID for reservation protection.

Please note that shuttle service availability cannot be guaranteed for last-minute reservations, as all spots must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. We recommend booking your shuttle as early as possible to ensure availability and avoid any inconvenience.

Luggage is not permitted on the shuttle service.

Transportation is available only for those participating in the activity. Non-participants can request transportation by booking in advance for a $25.00 USD round-trip fee, payable in cash upon arrival. Please be aware that for safety reasons, children under 7 years old are not permitted to use our transportation service.

To ensure efficient logistics and comply with local transit policies, our drivers are unable to wait for guests. It is crucial that you are fully prepared and ready at the scheduled pickup time to avoid missing your transportation. This ensures a smooth experience for everyone involved.

Park entrance fee is 15.00 USD per person, which must be paid in cash upon arrival and is not included in the total of your online reservation.

The tour time you have selected is not the pickup time. Please stay attentive to your inbox on the platform, as we will send you instructions for your shuttle service.

Any individual displaying impolite or rude behavior will not be permitted to participate in the activity. This policy is in place to ensure the respect and comfort of fellow guests and our staff. Please note that refunds will not apply in such cases.
