This tour was great! The guide was personable, funny, and very informative. There were only 4 of us on the tour, and transport in a Mercedes small van through the Tuscany countryside was very enjoyable. Our visit to Lucca was delightful, including a stop for a coffee, and we had a wonderful time at the winery (fourth generation family vineyards), which included tasting 3 different wines and a light lunch. It was pouring rain in Pisa, so by general acclaim we took a few photos and left to enjoy our ride back to the ship through the countryside where it wasn't raining!

This is a MUST tour! Lucca - a beautiful visit. The wine experience was authentic and we had a great time chilling with some new friends. Our guide was so enjoyable and passionate about Italy. Again, don’t pass on this tour!

Tomaso was a terrific guide. There were 4 in our group and he made sure we all became acquainted during the drive to Lucca. He had an in-depth knowledge of the are since he is from there and was able to give us a more personalized perspective of the city. The wine tasting and lunch at a family’s small vineyard was wonderful and we learned the old way to pick grapes and produce small batch wine. We even had the opportunity to purchase some wine! He made sure we also had time to spend in Pisa.
