We had such high hopes for this tour and we were a little let down. The captain of the boat and his wife/friend were very sweet (but difficult to understand). The boat needed some work done to it and it was VERY SLOW. I realize there were some waves but the engine sounded like it was struggling. We had other boats pass us as if we’re were standing still. Unfortunately because it was so slow we didn’t really have much time to swim at either place we anchored and only a short time in one of the towns. The stuff we wanted to do was rushed and the ride was long. The food was good. The fresh fruit and Prosecco in the morning was delicious and the salad at lunch was wonderful. The pasta (red sauce because of the language barrier they did not understand my walnut allergy-some pestos made in the region use walnuts vs. pine nuts) was very spicy. I can’t comment on the pesto because I didn’t want to try it because of the allergy issue.

We traveled with 2 teens and it was a great excursion. Marco took us to see all of the villages from the water which were beautiful. We opted as a group to not disembark on the last village and instead do more snorkeling in secluded coves. It's a full 8 hours out and the kids fell asleep on the boat on the ride back. Daniella made amazing food! A great way to view the villages without the crowds.

This tour was fabulous! Marco and Daniela were amazing captains, hosts, and generally good people! We had several opportunities to swim, saw all of the Cinque Terre Towns by sea, visited Monterosso for an hour, and were served a delicious lunch to rival any restaurant. Prosecco, beer, wine, and water were readily available. Highly recommend and would do it again!

We had booked a boat trip to Cinque Terre and just before leaving our guide explained that given rough seas we could not go to Cinque Terre; hence a certain disappointment. We nevertheless had a good day enjoying 2 stops including one in Porto Venere, a meal on board and swimming in the gulf around the boat. Also as we wanted to go to Cinque Terre, a few days later we took the Linea 02 ‘Cinque Terre’ which with its 500 seater boats allowed us to make the visits we wanted to make.

Original cruise cancelled due to rough weather but still gave us a lovely cruise round bay stopping for 2 swims and at a lovely village. Plenty of food and drink proved a perfect last day to our holiday
