1.00It was very disorganized. We were told to wait for the guide at a fountain that was in the middle of the parking lot/drive through. Then the sign was written in Spanish and said Firenze instead of Florence. After a full bus load, where we didn’t get any information about the tour, what we were seeing, etc. we exited the bus for one guide to take entire busload through Florence which was packed with tourists. Before the tour even started, we waited in front of a church we should have been able to go into, for 40 minutes for people to use the rest room. Then we raced through the tour leaving people who were slower to become lost. No free time to see anything and the tour just showed us the outside of buildings. Very disappointing. Pisa was a little better, but everyone was mad by then. On the trip back to the ship once again there wasn’t any talking about what we had seen. Very surprised this was a Viator excursion. It makes me nervous to sign up for another tour with you.

1.00Do NOT book this tour!! They changed the pick-up time to an earlier pickup with almost no notice. We were a few minutes late and they left without us. To top it all off, they refused to give us a refund!!
