5.00Does require a lot of walking, with not many places to sit. At times very difficult to hear the guide even with the ear plugs.
Enjoyed the tour, but the tour got in. Florence was hard to understand.

2.00The majority of the trip was spent in the bus. It was a 9 hour tour and we had 2.5 hours in Florence (which included an 20 min walk from the bus drop off to our first site and another 20 min walk back) and 30 minutes in Pisa. The rest was on the bus.

2.00This is anything but deluxe experience. The tour guides (multiple) speaks English we don’t understand, very broken, I don’t even know how they got their licenses. The tour is super fast paced and you don’t enjoy anything when you don’t understand anything. There is barely time for any picture and the guide is a young woman Veronica who feels like she wants to just have the day end and finish the job.
