This is a once in a lifetime experience to see this natural phenomenon of the luminous lagoon. Once you've booked, you will be picked up from your hotel, AirBNB, Guesthouse are where ever you are staying within the Montego Bay area on a 35 minute drive [depending on which hotel you are staying] to the Location where you will be welcome by your host Dennis upon arrival, who will offer you a complimentary drink, a choice of unique blended Jamaican rum punch, or a bottle of naturel spring water before you board the boat, for a short ride out in the lagoon. As the night get darker, the water naturally lights up when you jump in or play with it, don't miss the opportunity to jump in.
you will be in the water for roughly 30 minutes, where you will have a chance to swim around in that magical glistening water. make sure you have your swim suit and towel and dry clothes.
Its Important to note that this is a natural attraction, so it may not glow has bright if the moon is full or if rains.

What To Expect
The luminous Lagoon Glistening waters, located in the historic town of Falmoth in western Jamaica is one of the rare phenomenon bioluminescence occurs. Travelers will have a once in a lifetime chance of experiencing this magical experience, has they will have that chance to swim around after been transported by a bout to where it happens. you will be picked up from your hotel by a representative of esteentours and transported to the location by road along the beautiful scenic north coast on a 35 minute drive depending on the resort you are at, when you arrive at the location, you will be greeted by your host Dennis has he welcomes you and greet you with a choice of his own blended rum punch or a bottle of cool refreshing bottled spring water. has it gets dark you will board the boat, and taken for a short ride magic to where the magic happens. your trusted guide will tell you all about it and will allow you to experience the moment. total time on the water is 40 minutes.

5.00I wanted to give more than 4 stars but not quite 5 stars. My only complaint was communication was a tad difficult. Other than that that everything was perfect. The bioluminescent was amazing! There were only a total of 7 people so the small numbers were nice. Everything was ran on time. The neighborhood you have to go through to get to the boats seems a bit shady but other than appearance there were no issues. I wish I could have spent hours in the water playing with the bioluminescent. It was seriously one of the coolest things I’ve experienced and I’ve done a fair amount of cool things

3.00Weather conditions must be observed. Our driver was very friendly and at the lagoon were also quite fantastic. Especially our young guide on the boat Unfortunately, the organisms were not visible in the water. They are bright on clear days. When we were there it had been raining and it was windy all day. The tour should have been cancelled because it is known what conditions the algae need. The tour cannot begin until it is dark. When choosing the time, one should pay attention.

5.00Truly amazing! One of the coolest most magical things I've ever done. Honestly, jumping into that dark water and wading through mud was terrifying, but completely worth it!!!

5.00Definitely a worthwhile experience, especially if you like nature. The trip to the port is pleasant and short if you are in Montego Bay, you arrive, you have a number on the wristband, and you are called by us to get on a kind of catamaran, if you are in the 2nd group that boards, you see a show with fire while you wait, it is a little while, a meal hour, if you go in the 1st group, the fire show you see on the return. They take you to the middle, about 5 minutes by boat, and you can swim, it is shallow (stands up) but downstairs it is muddy, so I recommend wearing water shoes, because even with this, it gives a bit of feeling. The water really lights up, if you swim slowly it feels a lot....don't take pictures or films, you don't see anything, maybe with super professional camera if...but with cell phone or common camera, you don't see anything. It is to enjoy live and take the experience with you

5.00As a. Solo woman traveler, safety is usually one of my main concerns; Mr. Errol took that concern AWAY. He was punctual, courteous and available during my entire stay in Montego Bay. The luminous lagoon tour was a wonderful experience; easily one of my favorite excursions this trip. The tour guide was knowledgeable and funny which added to the experience greatly! After the luminous lagoon tour, he continued to provide me with transportation, with safety and security that was UNMATCHED. TAKE THIS TOUR❤️

5.00We loved this experience! Kyle of Esteen Tours was very professional and courteous. The tour guides we also very nice & accommodating. Being in that water was the coolest thing we've experienced this far. We'd definitely do it again. If. You choose this excursion, get the photos!
