This is a once in a lifetime experience to see this natural phenomenon of the luminous lagoon. Once you've booked, you will be picked up from your hotel, AirBNB, Guesthouse are where ever you are staying within the Montego Bay area on a 35 minute drive [depending on which hotel you are staying] to the Location where you will be welcome by your host Dennis upon arrival, who will offer you a complimentary drink, a choice of unique blended Jamaican rum punch, or a bottle of naturel spring water before you board the boat, for a short ride out in the lagoon. As the night get darker, the water naturally lights up when you jump in or play with it, don't miss the opportunity to jump in.
you will be in the water for roughly 30 minutes, where you will have a chance to swim around in that magical glistening water. make sure you have your swim suit and towel and dry clothes.
Its Important to note that this is a natural attraction, so it may not glow has bright if the moon is full or if rains.

What To Expect
The luminous Lagoon Glistening waters, located in the historic town of Falmoth in western Jamaica is one of the rare phenomenon bioluminescence occurs. Travelers will have a once in a lifetime chance of experiencing this magical experience, has they will have that chance to swim around after been transported by a bout to where it happens. you will be picked up from your hotel by a representative of esteentours and transported to the location by road along the beautiful scenic north coast on a 35 minute drive depending on the resort you are at, when you arrive at the location, you will be greeted by your host Dennis has he welcomes you and greet you with a choice of his own blended rum punch or a bottle of cool refreshing bottled spring water. has it gets dark you will board the boat, and taken for a short ride magic to where the magic happens. your trusted guide will tell you all about it and will allow you to experience the moment. total time on the water is 40 minutes.

5.00As a. Solo woman traveler, safety is usually one of my main concerns; Mr. Errol took that concern AWAY. He was punctual, courteous and available during my entire stay in Montego Bay. The luminous lagoon tour was a wonderful experience; easily one of my favorite excursions this trip. The tour guide was knowledgeable and funny which added to the experience greatly! After the luminous lagoon tour, he continued to provide me with transportation, with safety and security that was UNMATCHED. TAKE THIS TOUR❤️

2.00Definitely disappointed by everything other than mother nature and science. Captain bottomed out boat and had to be rescued. Everyone that went in water got stung by Moon Jelly and 😡

5.00We loved this experience! Kyle of Esteen Tours was very professional and courteous. The tour guides we also very nice & accommodating. Being in that water was the coolest thing we've experienced this far. We'd definitely do it again. If. You choose this excursion, get the photos!

5.00We were picked up by our friendly guide at our hotel. He had music videos playing in his van and we enjoyed it! As we arrived, we were a bit nervous as they drive you to a village area. THIS IS PART OF THE TOUR! This is just where the boats are located! Expect this! They offer complimentary water and alcohol as well as bathrooms beforehand. If you want to enjoy the experience to the max, please make sure to choose a hot day. Do not go when its rainy!!! My husband and I enjoyed the ride either way but some may not enjoy as you won't see anything since the glowing organisms like the heat. This is nature. The guides cannot control the weather and it is not their fault! When we arrived on our boat, our guide was so informative. My husband and I loved understanding why the water glows and enjoyed the boat ride! They are so kind and super warm! I recommend 100%

4.00Our driver was really top, picked up on time and delivered to Our ship on time. All very friendly and helpful.👍🏻 I had imagined the plankton to be brighter, but that's because of nature. Overall a nice trip . Kids were happy .😉👍🏻

5.00The bioluminescent organisms are very cool. The boat driver has pro cameras to take pictures of you. Make sure to pick a day that has a small moon or clouds! The driver picked us up on time. The road is a bit rough for last 3 minutes drive and the streets are dark so it is a bit scary.

1.00The tour bus that came to pick us up had a dingy smell and it was a total put off. The driver was nice and polite though. The place he took us was pretty rundown but that was ok. The real disappointment was when we got on the boat and went into the lagoon, the water glowed only when stirred. The picture was used as click-bait and does not represent the real experience. Do not waste your money on this experience.

5.00I went on this excursion in a family group. Our shuttle driver was very punctual. ✅, friendly & informative. The complimentary rum punch was a nice idea, but unfortunately, rather tasteless. However, nothing else about this experience could be described as such. Two of my party of four went in the water & I was so envious, I booked the trip again the following night. I’ve been to Jamaica countless times, but had never heard about this activity. it’s amazing & requires wider promotion, in which I and my family will happily participate. An interesting, informative, educational, social and highly enjoyable excursion.
