Enjoy a Lunch at Masseria and learn how to make orecchiette with the help of an expert. Immerse yourself in the gastronomic culture of Puglia, work the flour grown in the grounds of the Masseria and taste a selection of genuine products. During this 2.5-hour workshop, you will discover the secrets of fresh handmade pasta according to tradition. What awaits you: - Guided tour of the farm with insights on wheat cultivation, from sowing to harvesting and milling. - Practical workshop with an expert who will teach you the art step by step how to prepare your orecchiette, one of the symbols of Apulian cuisine. - All will be followed by a light lunch with tasting Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Capocollo di Martina Franca, Burrata from a dairy near the farm, orecchiette with sauce, local organic wine and SlowFood Ceglie Biscuit.

We had a great experience as a family learning to make the local Orecchiette pasta, where we were joined by other guests from the UK and Mexico. Aunty “Zia” Maria was extremely patient with us all, as we attempted to perfect the art of pasta making to her high standards. After making the pasta, Zia Maria turned it into a delicious tomato and garlic pasta dish. So simple, and yet so tasty! Even our adult son who was not happy to do this experience at the start was blown away by the experience. We would strongly recommend this experience.

My family and I had an amazing experience!!! We were a group of ten with four young kids. The hosts were warm and welcoming and immediately gave us a tour of the property. Fabio led the experience, and he was engaging, patient and fun! Maria did a wonderful job showing us how to make orecchiette and tomato sauce. We drank delicious wine, ate amazing food and enjoyed great conversation with all. The hosts truly made us feel like family, and we had an unforgettable time. Thank you Fabio and everyone who made for such a fun pasta making experience!
