If you love cheese you have to visit this Place. But be warned, the cheese is so delicious , maybe the cheese in your homecountry will never taste the same like it had. If possible, youcould would swim in it and never go out again. Well, now we have to move to Italy, because of this cheesy Cheese. Enjoy your visit there. P.s. the Cows are soooo cute and there are some doggos who are truly heartwhelming.

I booked the tour in Italian knowing I understand and speak Italian. But they included me in an English group. So visit in English that I didn't understand... anyway! Otherwise I enjoyed visiting the cheese ripening room, and observing the know-how of rocco...and there tasting was perfect.... Thanks anyway!

Visiting Masseria Fragnite was one of the most memorable highlights of our trip. The tour was very interesting – we got to see the whole process, from fresh milk to the final mozzarella ball. It was fascinating to watch the masters working with such passion and love for their craft. The tasting was outstanding: fresh mozzarella, burrata, and other cheeses simply melted in the mouth, and the local snacks and wine paired perfectly with them. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and we truly felt like valued guests. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to discover the real taste and traditions of Apulia.
