1.00I would NEVER recommend this company! They never canceled our tour and we arrived at the pick up location Lucy’s and waited over an hour. No one called or emailed us to advise that the boat was getting repaired! The locals told us! And they also informed us this is what the company is known to have, bad communication! We had to call aviator for refunds. The company wasn’t even sorry! They just said “the boat is being repaired and we canceled the tour” THEY DID NOT! Otherwise we would have got a cancellation email and up until the time of the tour we were still receiving emails saying prepare for the tour! I HIGHLY suggest going to Palm Beach and booking the catamarans right there on the beach! They are ready to assist you and very nice!

5.00I booked this for me and 13 of my friends for my birthday. We had a amazing time. The crew was great, the bbq lunch was good, we were allowed to play our music because no other people were on the boat but us, so it was like a private charter. The only critique I would have is we didn't leave on time.

5.00This was the first ever expedition I booked in (Aruba) which was pretty scary especially for traveling alone. I think the best part about the entire trip is that they’re very accommodating to picking you up making sure that they call you when they’re coming in kind of guiding you where you need to go. I like to call them. J and J🤣 but their crew and team worked so well together and you could tell that they knew what they’re doing. They were so friendly and welcoming. Highly highly recommend them if you’re new to (Aruba) and intimidated by doing things yourself. The only thing I do wanna let you know is that the taxi fair like from the picking up and returning is separate but nothing expensive at all!

1.00I had this excursion planned for weeks. I got a text from the operator the night before advising they wanted to move us to another trip because they only had four people scheduled. I didn’t see it until I woke up the morning of the trip. I responded that we were unable to do that because we had dinner plans and would prefer a refund. They didn’t respond. We were left in limbo and kept calling and texting because we didn’t want to miss it if they did go and wanted confirmation they would refund us. It was really annoying that they didn’t respond until right before we were due to leave. I still have not gotten a refund a week later and had to do a chargeback on my credit card. Viator is beyond useless. Do not recommend at all.

5.00We did some fantastic excursions while in Aruba, but this was the unanimous favourite trip! We had a group of 7 family members (ages 18-52) and wanted a day with great energy, and island vibes…mission accomplished! Crew was attentive and friendly, the welcome snacks and bbq lunch were delicious! We booked specifically because of the smaller group size that Spronk takes, and we really enjoyed that. Snorkeling stops were not rushed, we saw loads of fish, some turtles (yay!) and being able to swim around the shipwreck was a really amazing experience. Open bar with beers, delicious mixed drinks, sodas and water was perfect! Felt safe, and had so much fun…would 100% recommend this trip…and if we’re lucky enough to visit Aruba again, we’ll definitely book this experience again!

5.00Great! First of all very nice people .. That's where it starts. In addition, Spronk chooses not to fill the boat completely unlike many other catamarans. This makes it much more fun! Nice stops to see turtles and the largest shipwreck in the Caribbean. Then a nice lunch from Reflexxions .. Choice between chicken, ribs or a mix with fries but also vegetarian. Did several trips in Aruba but this one was far from the best. 👍

5.00Highly recommend! It was a perfect morning of snorkeling. We went to two spots we seen turtles, schools of fish, and the shipwreck. We were offered plenty of drinks with or without alcohol. Listened to music, watched the beautiful views and and were able to lay on the nets on the boat to catch some sun. The captain’s were wonderful! The BBQ lunch was delicious! Great choice for a day of snorkeling!
