The ride was canceled at the last minute, quoting of bad weather, mostly the payment should be done after the activity is done , took countless efforts to take the refund

Do not book this. It's only a scam. When j booked this there was no confirmation from the operator nor any message. I had to ping the myself and they do not even respond. Later they say it has been canceled due to bad weather and never refunded the amount. He keeps saying they have processed the refund but it's not reflecting in the viator app or my bank. They just play around giving nonsense responses. Just avoid booking here.
