This was worth every single cent! When they say private tour, believe it! I was traveling solo and apprehensive about going to Tangiers alone. Many tours charge you for 2 people when traveling solo. I found Ali Tours after reading the reviews and was treated to the most perfect day. A driver met me at my Airbnb, drove me from Malaga, walked me into the ferry station in Tarifa, filled out my paperwork and made sure I was taken care of. At the ferry port in Tangiers, Hamza, Ali's brother, met me and gave me the day of a lifetime. I was treated like a queen, never waited in a line, and was given the courtesy of choosing what I wanted to do and see. At every stop I was given the royal treatment. Hamza knew everyone and everyone knew him. I was treated to a typical Moroccan breakfast with mint tea, A perfect camel ride on the beach. The minute I stepped on to the sand, a camel was waiting, even though there were many other people waiting. When i say treated like royalty, I mean it! Tangiers was beautiful, clean and welcoming. I cannot say enough good things about this experience with Hamza, the drivers and the guides at each of the stops. Lunch was a special treat with live music, a giant traditional lunch and a serenade for my birthday! I know. Seems too good to be true. But believe me, it was well worth the money, the getting up early and the drive. Do it! Let Ali, Hamza and the rest of the team treat you to the beauty of Tangiers.

This service is a private tour. It was incredible and totally worth it! My husband and I had our own driver and tour guide. Our guide, Abdul, was open to all our questions and we were able to go as fast or as slow as we wanted or where we needed to go. He was also popular among the locals. We were able to try out authentic Moroccan food- they were delicious and flavorful! We saw highlights of the Cave of Hercules- thanks to our insider guide Ahmed. The camel ride was very memorable! The walking part of the tour- Kasbah and Medina was informative and eye opening. The presentation of the Moroccan carpet shopping was quite a show! This is the tour to pick- stress free and fun!

We really enjoyed our day trip to Morocco. Ali as very helpful (even advising us to change the day of our trip so we could avoid being there when the cruise ship was in port) and provided helpful and clear instructions prior to our trip. He arranged for our driver to and from Malaga - Aisaam was great - right on time, helped us fill out the customs forms prior to our ferry and was waiting for us when we returned. Hassan (aka Coca Cola) was our guide for the day. He is super knowledgeable and was able to make the day interesting and engaging for our 12 yr old son. That’s a win in my book! We saw, learned and ate a lot! The camel ride on the beach was everyone’s favorite, followed by the time we spent waking around the old Medina. Everyone seems to know Coca Cola, we got to see some extra little cafes and views because of this. The rug buying experience was unlike anything we had experienced and he helped us get a good deal on a couple beautiful rugs. It’s a long day but well worth the time and money. Everything was smooth and we felt totally taken care of! Special thanks to Coca Cola for taking such great care of us and keeping our son engaged and interested!

We just completed our day-trip to Tangier. Although the trips usually start in Malaga, we arranged to be picked in Alhaurin el Grande, which was very helpful. Our driver Aissam was waiting at the pick-up point when we arrived. The ride to Tarrifa was safe and efficient. There was a stop near Gibraltar for coffee and a quick bite, before being dropped at the entry of the ferry across the straights. If you not used the ferry before, I will offer this pro tip - once you board, go immediately to the passport control sign and get in line. There is some paperwork that has to be processed before arrival in Tagier, and the line fills up fast. We were met in Tangier at the ferry arrivals door by our guide Ali and driver Akmed. The tour content was great for first-time visitors to the country and the continent. Ali provides tons of local cultural info, along with ton of history, including the various peoples who migrated or fled to Tangier over the centuries. The breakfast and lunch stops included delicious and authentic Morrocan foods at clean, friendly restaurants. The stops at Hercule's cave and the markets were a couple of our favorites. Beware of Muhammed in the carpet shop though! If you're not careful, you could go home with a couple of hand tied carpets (shipped free to your home address duty-free). In the end, it was a great way to spend a day of our vacation in Spain, and check off another continent from our travel goals. Dan WI, USA
