Great way to get last minute tickets. Our tour guide Edwin Borda was very knowledgeable and helpful on our trip from Aguas Calientes to Machu Picchu!

Due to a flight cancellation, I missed my original Machu Picchu entrance time. The supervisor at Machu Picchu Center kindly gave me helpful advice, and thanks to their support, I was able to reschedule and enter Machu Picchu. I truly appreciate their professional and caring assistance.

I had an afternoon ticket at 2pm and you can really only get in from 2pm. Take a 13-hour bus ticket from Aguas Calientes. We had the classic route 2 and this is the best route to take in beautiful pictures and the Machupicchu. Take your time and take it easy because if you go too fast you'll be done after 1.5.

Words can’t describe Machu Picchu — this is something you have to experience for yourself. The energy, the history, and the views are beyond anything I’ve ever seen. Truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience that leaves you speechless.

Very well organised. Everything was included and the guide had many interesting things to say about the site. We were well adjusted to heights beforehand, so we had no issues walking around, which also meant we only needed approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes to complete the tour’s content while it was meant to last 3. This also meant we had time to spare to walk around on our own, but I think we expected a bit more, which is not the fault of the guide, but the limited coverage of each circuit (we had circuit 2). I recommend booking circuit 3 if you are fit and are adapted to heights, as it looks more time demanding (and interesting) to walk up to Huayna Picchu. Also, the weather was clear enough to see everything when we went at 8 in the morning.

This is a great way to secure tickets for Machu Picchu if you decide to go last minute. However, it’s important to note that getting your ticket this way does come with some downsides — at the last minute, I was informed that I had to arrive 2 days before my tour to secure tickets instead of 1 day before, which was an unexpected cost to book more travel and decide to either book a hotel room or eat the cost of my Airbnb. Machu Picchu Center did try their best to accommodate, but ultimately this was way more expensive for me than anticipated. One of the best parts was my tour guide (Maria Elizabeth) — she did a great job and was a pleasure to be around!

We have very bad felling you paid for us just 400s but charged us 1400s . Our guid was very good and left us by roca sarada. Means for this part of guid you charged us 1000s. This just most bad felling that.and funny part of this packet is you called 3 days tour. Few minutes by arriving we have to self stay under rain for ticket and also in queue for the bus and 2 hours tour guid .means in total few hours for such amount.

Circuit 1 was plenty for my family including a small 12 year old. We came from 0 altitude, so the steps up took their toll - even with the altitude meds we were taking. We were just winded. You have 4 hours which is plenty. I think we did just under 2 hours. We had perfect weather. It was actually quite warm. The bus lines are long but they move fast.

It was an unforgettable experience for me. The guide explained it in a way that was easy to understand and I learned a lot! If I get another chance, I'd like to participate on a different circuit!
