5.00Starting time is checkin. One hour before departing. Great service and staff is amazingly helpful. Please follow the protocols on the island. It protects the land species. Some tourists are idiots and should be kicked off.

5.00Most wonderful experience!! Walking with the penguins was a fantastic experience. Highly recommend this tour. We saw hundreds of penguins and fuzzy babies too!!

5.00It's a must see when in Puenta Arenas. We had a wonderful experience. The boat was clean, very comfortable and efficiently run. The island is breathtaking. Our tour operator picked us up and dropped us up on time. The car was clean. Overall we are happy. Just wished that the tour agent would be more timely in communication or provide complete information once booking is confirmed. We spoke to another couple on the trip and they feel the same.

1.00We booked three days before the excursion. The night before, we received an email from their partner that the trip was canceled. No explanation as to the reason. They offered an alternate time which was unacceptable as we were on a cruise ship. They said they will refund our money. I’m still waiting.
