Try the unique experience of cooking real Japanese cuisine with an experienced chef.
Ramen are an extremely popular dish in Japan because it's cheap, easy and quick to eat, especially for workers who don't have time for lunch. The dish has diversified and regional specialties have even developed throughout the country.
You’ll enjoy making noodles using a noodle-making machine, choose the base of soup from soy sauce, miso, and salt, and enjoy a handmade experience while being taught how to make and bake gyoza (dumpling) bean paste. We will prepare the rice and you can enjoy making your own “half-rice ramen with gyoza”. And then you'll have the chance to taste what you've cooked and take photos!
By offering more than 300 Japanese and Japanese-made Western dishes to foreign visitors to Japan, we convey the wonders of Japan through the experience of taste and cooking.

Shohei was the kindest teacher! We didn’t only make the best gyoza’s ever, but also learned a lot about Japanese culture en food. An intimate cooking clas, away from the crowds. I recommend!

This was a really informative hands-on cooking class with a very friendly instructor and of course we loved eating what we cooked at the end. It was great to talk about food and cooking as well as the Japanese way of life. Thanks, and would definitely recommend this class.

Very sweet and hospitable group of chefs to teach you how to make traditional ramen and gyoza. Hands on experience. They went out of their way to make me a vegetarian gyoza which I truly appreciated.

Very enjoyable. It was just the two of us, so we got maximum attention, as well as a delicious meal. Appreciated the informal surroundings + it happened to be a rainy day, so ideal timing for an indoor activity. Recommend.
