Provide the following information: Full name, flight number, pick-up date and time, and phone number. 3. Save your voucher. Print it or save it on your phone. 4. 48 hours prior to your ride, you will receive your driver's contact info. 5. 24 hours before, we will provide you with the meeting point info to meet with your driver. 6. Meet your driver at the pick-up location. 7. Present your voucher and I.D. to the driver so properly driver can validate your voucher/ticket. 8. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. 9. Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on the number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate.

I did not get what I paid for. I booked and paid for the MPV option but was given a tiny sedan. The driver contacted me prior to arriving and informed me of the vehicle. I contacted the tour operator who maintained they were very certain of their arrangements, implying I was given the wrong vehicle information from the driver. Words used were "well noted", "So do not worry". In the end, somebody made the unilateral decision to just give me a small sedan despite paying for the MPV. Upon arriving, you can imagine my disappointment and helplessness but the damage has been done. Took them more than two weeks to investigate the matter, and only after I checked in again - to find out what vehicle was assigned to me. This is a service providing vehicle transport! Not reassuring at all. To be fair and to paint a more complete picture: 1) The driver was very professional and kind. His communication was prompt. He assisted me with my luggages. He claims he refuted his assignment when he saw my order was for an MPV but his dispatcher insisted he proceed since he saw I was only "1 passenger". I intentionally selected the MPV not the cheaper sedan option but they apparently can decide to downgrade you anytime for no valid reason and without doing the courtesy of consulting or informing you. 2) The customer service of the Tour Operator Elife Las Vegas is mixed. Sometimes the replies are in full text, professional and they do follow up. Sometimes the replies are short, without proper salutation, or capitalisation or filled with grammatical errors, and with dismissive tones like "So do not worry". 3) I received a 20% refund for the "wrong car" classification of this error. I appreciate the eventual follow up and act of goodwill.

Our driver is nice and the ride was comfortable. He waited for us. Long wait at baggage claim long line at immigration. He’s a good communicator. He even called our condo host that we’re coming.

The company forwarded the directions to the airport pickup location the day before, which provided time to review them. I was surprised to receive another text from the company after arrival offering further assistance to the pickup location. The initial instructions were precise and clear so further assistance was not necessary. The driver arrived on time and was pleasant and helpful. Very smooth pickup and drop off at the hotel.

Drivers never shows up. Drivers contacted while airplane still taxing. I informed him, just landed and still taxing. He said he will wait. I thought to my self Why wouldn't he wait. When finally done with customs and have out luggage. I contacted him but never responded. So I called the 855 number. The lady said that it shows the driver is waiting. She called the driver but no response. She said she will call the local contact in manila to call me. Waited for 30 minutes. No one contacted me. So I had to arranged a different ride to my hotel. I was never called back by anyone. I was left hanging at the airport at night. I want a refund . This is the worst company.

Try your best to connect by what’s app. I received drivers sms and yet I sent 3 to reply we were ready for pickup and he never got them. I expected to be met like other services as much as you have to pay and nope no meeting no placard nothing. Honestly it’s better to get a grab as the car is the same but you pay way more this way.

We ended up having to move our trans6by 24 hours due to a missed connection. Viator was excellent in helping with this issue. Our driver Joey meet us just after exciting the immigration hall. He was very good at communication.

I waited almost two hours for the pick-up. The driver said he only received the booking last minute. At least the driver communicated that he will be very late. The vehicle is very old, it has airconditioning. I will recommend this pick up only to my worst enemy.
