What To Expect
1. Select the transportation service you require and please consider Model and type of vehicle will be assigned upon availability and the number of passengers. 2. Provide the following information: Full name, flight number, pick-up date and time, and phone number. 3. Save your voucher. Print it or save it on your phone. 4. 48 hours prior to your ride, you will receive your driver's contact info. 5. 24 hours before, we will provide you with the meeting point info to meet with your driver. 6. Meet your driver at the pick-up location. 7. Present your voucher and I.D. to the driver so properly driver can validate your voucher/ticket. 8. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. 9. Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on the number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate.

5.00Excellent service. Our driver, Joffre, called us shortly after we arrived (I could not pick up the call because I am inept). We gathered our luggage and met him just past customs. He had a sign with my name on it and actually recognized me from my photo. We had a comfortable, clean car for our party of 7. Had a slight snafu with the address (there were 2 places with the same address), but Joffre adjusted quickly and got us where we needed to be. If we did not get rained out, we were ready to hire him again for day trips.

3.00This purchase says all fees and taxes included. But the driver explained that the fastest route requires sky way which is like a toll road. He expected me to pay for it but I did not have pesos or cash on me. I didn’t anticipate additional fees or expenses so it’s a bit disturbing when asked for additional cash on hand to pay for something I thought I was already paying. The driver is super nice and friendly. But the inquire about payment for a faster route is a bit disturbing.

5.00Our driver was very nice friendly and professional. He updated us where he will meet us. He had a sign with my name when he picked us up from the gate. The van was clean and well kept. He told us how long it will take us to get to our hotel .

5.00The ride itself was comfortable and the driver was polite, but the pickup process was confusing. There was no sign with my name, so I had a hard time figuring out where driver was. The driver also seemed unsure how to find me. It would make things much easier for future passengers if clearer instructions or a name sign were provided at pickup.
