What To Expect

"How the Football Match Experience at Maracanã Unfolds – Step by Step" Once your booking is confirmed for the selected date, at least one week before the match, we will contact you to guide you through a facial biometric registration process. Important: There are no physical tickets for Fluminense or Flamengo matches — both clubs require facial recognition to enter the stadium. Your face will be your ticket, and registering properly is essential. We'll send: • A video tutorial, • The official biometric registration link, • Your personal data summary (to be used exactly as submitted), • Clear instructions on how to complete the process. Make sure you complete the facial biometric registration before match day and let us know once it's done so we can validate your entry with the local coordination team.

"2 Days or 1 Day Before the Match" We will contact you again to: * Confirm the exact meeting time, * Share the meeting point details, * Provide our emergency contact number and your guide’s name. Meeting times vary depending on kickoff (generally between 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM), and the experience lasts around 6 hours total. "On Match Day" We will meet at our fixed point in Ipanema:  * Nossa Senhora da Paz Subway Station During the ride, your bilingual guide will provide context about the stadium, teams, and what to expect from the passionate fans. They’ll also escort you through the biometric checkpoints, security, and into your seats. You’ll be supported from start to finish — no stress, just football. After the match, we’ll drive back to Ipanema, where you can take a taxi or Uber back to your hotel.

One of the highlights of my trip to Rio. Anderson was an excellent guide. Easy transfer by van straight to the stadium. Everything was straight forward and it was an excellent at atmosphere. Would highly recommend this tour!

My husband is a huge european football fan and it was a first visit to Brazil. Seeing a match felt like an exciting thing to do, Based on the positive reviews we booked this option and it was fabulous. The tour company reached out quickly and was super responsive to my many texts! Instructions for meeting point were clear and the guide easy to find….our guide Luis made the day. The second we met him we felt like we were in great and safe hands. We rode in a private minibus to the stadium; Luis told stories along the way; he escorted us into the stadium. He counted us often to ensure the gang was constantly accounted for both coming and exiting the game. Our game had 70k+ fans. Our seats were great, but fans are very passionate and pretty much stand the whole game!!! If you love soccer then this is a great option!!!

Amazing experience, as a tourist, it might be a bit tricky to get into the stadium especially with the biometrics process, Luiz and team handled everything so efficiently, would definitely recommend to anyone considering a football match.

Fully recommended. Punctual, formal and professional. It was a gift for my husband for his birthday taking advantage of the fact that we were traveling in Rio. At first he was not funny about the security issue but we ended up delighted, very sure. Gabriel has been our guide and on the way to the stadium he has explained the history of both teams and Maracana. Rafael received us at the meeting point and very well too.

This was an unforgettable experience! Watching football game in one of the most famous world stadiums in the world is definitely worth doing if you are in Rio. Gabriel, our tour guide, did a spectacular job in taking care of our tourist group and describing history of Maracana stadium. His friendliness and professionalism made us enjoy the event without any hiccups. Definitely recommend Gabriel and this tour!
