Contact great. If helmet desired, then indicate with. Great experience riding a motorcycle to Materuni. Bonuses is a good guide and tells very well. At the family coffee farm you can learn everything about the coffee and make it yourself. Even as a non-coffee drinker, Arabica coffee tastes good. Also the lunch is great. We felt very comfortable. We would recommend anyone.

Boni was an excellent guide, very punctual, and explained many things to me about the waterfall and the surrounding area. I also had the opportunity to learn a little more about coffee and its processes. His family was very kind and took some lovely photos. As a solo female traveler, the experience was 10/10.

Spectacular waterfall. We were picked up in Moshi and Road on the backup motorbikes up to the park and height to the Waterfall. It was tons of fun.

This was a last minute booking for the next day and Boni was great at communication and made everything easy. Was picked up on time by the driver and taken to Boni’s family coffee small holding. He showed how they sort, roast and then drink the coffee, including you in the process with songs and information. Abdula is Bonis cousin and took me down to the waterfall which as beautiful and he assisted as my own personal photographer 😂. Lunch was served close by and consisted of local dishes an more food at lunch than you can eat. Well worth it for the day and I would highly recommend Boni and family.

Wonderful, unique, interactive experience with the Chagga Tribe on their working farm. The food was amazing and made the best cup of coffee I’ve ever sipped. The best part was the peaceful atmosphere and Boni and his family. Added bonus was the majestic waterfall.

Had an amazing day on the tour. Massive thank you to Boni and the team. Boni was really helpful as I booked quite late the day before. I explained my preference to be part of a group and he allowed me to join in with another group which was really kind. Boni drove me on his motorbike upto the tour and was a really safe driver. We trekked over to the waterfall and through the local villages and then visited the coffee plantation and had lunch served to us too. The staff were all so welcoming and were more than happy to answer questions and teach me some swahili too. We had another guide who took us down to the waterfalls who was so knowledgeable about the local farming and history of Tanzania. The day never felt rushed and we were allowed to spend as much time as we needed at each part of the tour. Would definitely recommend this tour. Asante sana to everyone!

I had an incredible half-day experience in the Materuni village with my tour guide, Boni - the Tuk Tuk ride into the mountains was a fun start, and then we hand-processed and roasted coffee beans, and brewed coffee over the fire. The waterfall hike was beautiful. We ended the day with a delicious meal!

We booked the tour the day before and Boni was very accommodating with our late request. We were promptly picked up from our hotel in Moshi and driven to Materuni where Boni was waiting to take us on the hike. He was extremely informative, kind, and an excellent photographer! The hike to the waterfall was scenic and the waterfall even more so. We then went to the coffee farm where Boni and the other members of the farm showed us how they grew, harvested, roasted, ground, and then made the coffee. It was amazing! We were then served lunch (the banana soup was absolutely incredible) and given the opportunity to purchase art that they had made, which was well priced! We were then driven back to our hotel to conclude the amazing experience. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for something to do during the day!
