3.00Actually quite disappointing. Didn’t get out of the car at the airport or the hotel to help with bags. No greeting and no conversation. Could have ordered an Uber XL or Uber Black for a MUCH better experience for less than 2/3 the price. We even had a delay before the 2nd tunnel and not a word. On her phone the entire time not driving. Not a pleasant way to start a trip.

5.00We were a group of 10 and wanted to find airport transportation to and from our airbnb as well as excursions while in Medellin and came across Byron team which was the best decision. We had Camilo as a tour guide for comuna 13 and guapate and he was exceptional! He is super friendly as well as very educational. He attended to all of our needs during our tour guide and super happy he was able to be with us doing our trip. I highly recommend anyone traveling to Medellin to book with them. You wont be disappointed.

5.00Our group of 8 (4 couples) reserved airport pickup to our Airbnb in Medellin. Byron waited patiently while we cleared the extremely long immigration lines and was in constant contact. The large van was comfortable and Byron was a safe driver. We decided to use him for a private Comuna 13 tour and for Guatape. Both days, the tour was very informative and our guide Camillo provided information and entertainment. Highly recommend this company.

5.00Bayron was on time to picked us up from the airport. The communication was great. Will recommend Bayron 100%. Airport to medellin center is about 30 mins if there is no traffic. At pick time it can take an hour or a little bit more.
