We went on the tour led by Edgar who was a fantastic guide! Every food and drink spot was unique and Edgar knew every detail! He made the experience fun and educational! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a fun way to explore the city and its food/drink!

The BEST tour and tour guide (EDGARDO!) that you will find in PV! Prepare to drink copiously and eat until you are absolutely full. My 20 yo son and I had a blast because Edgardo is amazing and goes above and beyond! Seriously, the best value AND really interesting historical info shared and a huge variety of food and drink. Edgardo is a joy. You will LOVE him, and this tour and you will be drunk by the middle of it, I promise. The food is superb too! Foodies, this one is for you! Honestly, it’s that good. Best value of any tour EVER and I’ve traveled the world. Enjoy!!!

Very interesting tour with great history regarding food and drinks . Tasty food and drinks and Eric was a great guide We had a small group of four and all the restaurants/bars we visited were very accommodating.

We did the Mex-ology de Noche Tour through Vallarta Food Tours for my sister’s bachelorette party, and it was genuinely one of the best experiences we’ve ever had From the moment we met our guide, Sylvia, we knew we were in for something special. She was lively, knowledgeable and so genuinely fun that it felt like we were exploring Puerto Vallarta with a friend who just happens to know everything about the city’s flavors and history. She kept us laughing, learning, and sipping amazing drinks the whole way through. If you ever book this tour, definitely ask for Sylvia by name. She’s a gem We’ve been talking about it nonstop for days, reliving our favorite moments and wishing we could do it all over again. It’s definitely something we’ll remember forever. A huge thank you to Paul for making the booking process so easy, he made everything seamless from start to finish. If anyone is even considering booking this tour, do it! Truly.
