Communication before the tour worked very well. The pickup by Gabriel, the driver, was on time and went smoothly. The tour itself was fantastic. Nusan, my guide, took plenty of time to explain everything to me (the volcano, animals, plants). The hiking pace was comfortable. I felt at ease at all times. I can 100% recommend this tour and thank you for this amazing day.
