Spectacular experience! The view of the glacial lakes behind Mt.Cook was fantastic. Paul knew exactly how to fly for the perfect pictures.

Booked with confirmation email for 3pm. I arrive on time, after a long journey, and they tell me that I am alone and therefore they cannot take the helicopter (it is not written in the confirmation email... only in small print on their website) They suggest moving to 4pm. There are clouds in the sky, but they assure me that there is no problem. At 3:30pm I pay, but shortly before leaving they tell me that the route will not be the one I had booked, but another one.. I already understand that there will be problems and ask not to go. They tell me that I have already paid.. So I have to go. Up there, obviously, it is full of clouds and you can see half of what I should have seen. Also, the tour lasts 25 minutes and not 30. Of which 7 are stopped on the glacier. So in total it is 18 minutes of flight.. the helicopter is old and not new as they had assured me. When I get back I report all these things, but they answer me badly too. Zero professionalism. 420 nzd wasted. The worst helicopter experience of my life (and I've had many). I strongly advise against this company. There are others anyway. Certainly more serious!

Very professional from start to finish. Our safety talk man was brilliant and so was Sam our pilot. I was very nervous about going in helicopter but never felt nervous once it all got started. Best family experience and all of our first time to feel snow. We loved it thankyou

The trip was just phenomenal- words can’t really describe it. Rusty was an excellent pilot and we felt safe the whole time. Kids were nervous before we went but were absolutely fizzing within minutes and declared it was the best thing they had ever done. Snow landing and the time spent on the glacier was tops. 10/10 recommend, I just wish we had done the longer flight to spend more time in the air.

This is best experience I ever had. I got the twin glacier package which lasted around 30 minutes. The views were AMAZING, you could see mountain peaks you probably never seen before! By the way shout out to Jordey, probably best pilot and cameraman there is. What I thought was the best part was how the pilot flew the helicopter around 15 meters from the glacier, so you got a nice clear view. You could tell the pilots were experiencing because of how smooth they fly. It almost feels like you weren’t in the air if there was no noise. Some things they could improve on (but still did good on): Spend a little more time on the glacier- I know it’s risky and expensive but I would be willing to spend a few more for longer time on the glacier. Not rush at takeoff- the staff were super nice but were really in a rush as they only let you spend around 15 seconds to look at the helicopters. Switch around seats- I was sitting with my family in the back 4 seats which has an amazing view, but the 2 people at the front got an even better view twice which made me kind of jealous. Still an amazing view! Even though it was a hefty price the view and flight time made up for it. I would definitely recommend the twin glacier package for its value of money. Only thing that you should watch out for is the weather. I am not saying it’s the company’s fault but we were meant to go at 9:30 am but because of rain and fog it was delayed to 8:30am the next day then delayed again for 1 hour until we got the green light to go.

Sitting in the front of the helicopter with Ken was just amazing. Ken was so reassuring and professional the flight was smooth as it comes. The scenery and the experience of landing on the glacier was surreal and so worth the wait. Thank you so much.

Spectacular views, a real bucket list item. Friendly, professional staff, well organised. We opted for Fox Glacier & My Cook flyby with 20min snow landing. May seem a little expensive but you get what you pay for and this was worth it! Highly recommended.

This was a brilliant activity and was the highlight of our trip to New Zealand. All staff were helpful and our pilot was chatty and informative. We got an upclose view of Mount Cook followed by landing on the glacier. Standing on the glacier in the sunshine above the cloudline was a truly surreal experience. While the experience isn't cheap I think it was really good value for money, especially when compared to other attractions across the country. I can't recommend doing this enough!

My 2yr old and I had a great experience on this trip. He was able to sit on my lap and had a great ride with dad. Friendly staff recommended a lollipop to help him deal with the popping ears... great idea. We had some fun up the snow and had some great views. Im bigger then your average lad but there was heaps of room....
