An amazing day out with Andy with kayaks, lunch and a trek in the amazing region of Bariloche! We started the day kayaking through parts of the Lake Nahuel Huapi and proceeded through to lake Perito moreno under Andy’s guidance. The lake waters are crystal clear revealing dozens of trouts! Andy checked in on us, giving us clear instructions when navigating through the west branch of Perito Moreno lake. We went around Isla Conejas and towards the renowned LLao LLao Hotel, enjoying the emerald green colour of the lake. We stopped on the shore of the lake for a lovely lunch prepared by Andy who also took us through the tradition of mate amongst Argenteneans. Most importantly the Do’s and Dont’s when sharing mate. :) We then headed off the start of our journey, packed our kayaks and embarked on a gentle 1.5hrs hike on Sendero Brazo Tristeza with amazing views of the region including Isla Centinela (the resting place of the beloved Perito Moreno). We had an incredible full day of activities with Andy. He was thorough, making sure nothing was missing from the kayaks or trek. He was respectful but also great fun, cracking some jokes along the way. If you have not planned your trip to Bariloche and enjoy the outdoors, then get in touch with Nati and Andy at Feeling Patagonia! This was by far the best tour we had in Argentina!

The overall experience was great. First, I contacted Nati and she explained what we needed to prepare for the trip. Then Andy arrived to our place on time and brought us up to the start of the kayaking. On the way to the start point and then during the whole day we talked a lot about Bariloche and other things. It was our first time in a kayak, so they tought us all essentials. The kayaking itself was exciting, we saw a bird which makes nests on the water sitting on its nest. We had a great lunch with tasty food on a beach. Then we got back to the start point and had a short hike with exquisite views. The whole day I felt really comfortable and relaxed. Afterwards we got cool photos that Andy made. Recommend it for sure!

This was AWESOME! Andy met us at our hotel and took us on an amazing kayak tour of Moreno Lake. Even with rain, the views were spectacular. The picnic lunch included delicious empanadas. The hike afterwards was the perfect length after a morning of kayaking. If you want to squeeze in both hiking and kayaking into one day, we highly recommend this tour!
