  We had a great sunrise hike experience, thanks especially to our guide, Subash. He was excellent—friendly, organized, and very clear in his communication throughout the trip. The weather was a bit hazy, so the sunrise wasn’t perfectly clear, but it was still beautiful and worth the early wake-up. We made a few scenic stops along the way, which was nice for photos and short breaks. Because of the early pickup, we asked about breakfast, and Subash arranged a buffet-style breakfast with the group’s agreement. It was much appreciated and really hit the spot. Just note that lunch is not included on this tour. When we asked about lunch he said it was just listed in the title of the tour and not part of the tour. The hike itself was easy and enjoyable, and the temple visit at the end was optional. Overall, a smooth and well-organized experience.

  Subash was a wonderful guide introducing me to the Nagarkot area and hiking to Changu Narayan. This trip did not include lunch, but I was fine with that. Loads of information was shared about the area and the people of Nepal.

  Our guide consulted us about what we did and didn’t want to do so everyone was happy. Shared fantastic knowledge. The tour was at a great pace and really enjoyable. I would recommend this tour.

  We really enjoyed this tour with Madon as our guide and Ram the driver. It was terrific to wander through local villages so close to the city and glimpse a small snapshot of village life. Changu Narayan was worth the effort. We were at the end of a trek and this daytrip was still worthwhile. Madon was very friendly and knowledgeable and didn’t mind answering all of our questions. The driver was excellent and car super clean. Highly recommend.

  Taking a walk in nature helped ease my mind and clear away worries. Madan local tour guide kept the group entertained while educating them about attractions, history of Nepal and sights. Highly recommended.

  This is a great tour to experience local Nepal. Our guide Madan was excellent and the driver was great. We didn’t get to see the sunset but it was still an awesome tour. Please note however that you should be able to walk up and down a number of stairs. The hike was not difficult but the stairs might be challenging for some

  Wonderful day in Nepal. The hike was beautiful and it was so nice to escape the city for the day. This is a must and our guide was lovely 😊

  The trip was very well organized from start to finish. Our guide, Umesh, was exceptional and demonstrated deep knowledge of local culture and heritage.
