Booking Confirmation You’ll receive a confirmation email 3 days before your service to reconfirm the pick-up time and location. Note: Bookings cannot be changed within 24 hours of the scheduled service. Driver Contact Your driver will contact you via WhatsApp within 24 hours before pick-up. Please reply to ensure smooth coordination. Airport Pick-Up We use flight tracking by default. Your driver will monitor your flight and wait up to 90 minutes after landing. If you prefer a specific pick-up time instead, please contact customer service in advance. If no request is made, we will operate under the flight tracking setting. City / Hotel Pick-Up The driver will wait in the car for up to 20 minutes at the scheduled time. Vehicle details will be sent via WhatsApp. Flight Delays If your flight is delayed or cancelled, please notify us at least 6 hours in advance. Without notice, the service will follow the original schedule. Luggage Each passenger may bring one 24-inch suitcase. Extra or oversized luggage may require additional seats. If the luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, the driver reserves the right to refuse the service.
