The Nairobi National Park–A Safari Adventure at the Edge of the City is truly unique because you can see wild animals with the city skyline in the background. Our guide, David, was exceptional. He arrived on time, was very friendly, and had a great sense of humor that kept us engaged throughout the drive. We managed to see lions resting under trees, elegant giraffes feeding, and even a black rhino from a safe distance. David’s ability to spot animals quickly made a huge difference. I highly recommend this tour for families and solo travelers alike.

It still amazes me how such a wild and beautiful park exists so close to Nairobi’s skyline. We saw lions, rhinos, giraffes, and buffalo within just a few hours of entering. Our guide, David, made the entire experience even better with his deep knowledge of animal behavior and park history. He knew exactly where to take us for the best sightings without ever rushing us. His calm personality and attention to detail made us feel safe and well cared for. This tour is perfect for anyone short on time but eager for a real safari experience.

5.00I loved how this was a breathtaking trip from start to finish. Onesmus made the entire journey come alive with stories, facts, and a genuine love for wildlife. The early morning sun created the perfect backdrop for photos of giraffes and zebras. We also saw a rhino grazing peacefully—a highlight for me. The combination of wild nature and the urban skyline made the experience unique and unforgettable. I can’t recommend this company and this tour highly enough.

5.00One thing that impressed us is their punctual pick ups. Then everything flowed smoothly. The guide David ,was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with our endless questions. Inside the park, we saw a huge variety of wildlife, including lions, giraffes, and ostriches. The scenery was beautiful and offered great photo opportunities. This tour is ideal for anyone wanting an authentic safari within a short distance of Nairobi city center. Truly a must-do experience.

Our children were thrilled to see giraffes and buffaloes up close. Onesmus was engaging and made sure everyone understood what they were seeing. 5.00Honestly, this was one of the best decisions we made during our time in Kenya. It’s unbelievable how much wildlife you can see just minutes from the CBD. David, was fantastic—knowledgeable, patient, and clearly passionate about conservation. We spotted giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, and even a lion basking in the early morning sun. The contrast of the wild animals with the city skyline behind them was surreal. The tour was smooth, unhurried, and incredibly rewarding. I’d highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Nairobi.

5.00What impressed us most was the convenience—you don’t have to travel far to see world-class wildlife. The guides knew exactly where to find animals and gave insightful explanations about their behavior. We spotted a rhino with her calf, several giraffes grazing, and a huge herd of zebras. The vehicle was comfortable, and the entire experience felt very safe and well-organized. This is the perfect safari for visitors with limited time but big expectations.

5.00The tour was a nice experience, the National park was awesome. Know about the orphans elephants was a wonderful experience and feed the Giraffe unforgettable. Watson was an excellent driver, kindly, friendly, and ever available to share a little bit about the Nairobi life.

5.00Watson was an awesome tour guide. He had an intuitive knowledge of the park and we got to see tons of animals, including 3 of the “Big 5”- and even a Secretary Bird! He was very accommodating and genuine. Pro Tip: At our gift shop stop off, he offered to negotiate for me: It’s an *excellent* gift shop so I do recommend supporting. I’m content to barter on my own, but I do recommend you use his skills if you’re not comfortable haggling because nothing there is full price ;) I was able to get my own good deals- but don’t sleep on Watson’s skills! Would book again.

5.00Very smooth trip, we booked the morning safari/sheldrick/giraffe center tour the day before, but everything was taken care of perfectly and price was great too compared to other companies. We didn’t expect to get to Sheldrick orphanage last minute, and were very happy to get enough slots, it’s a must see. In the park we quickly saw so many animals including 5+ lions, white and black rhinos, crocodiles and hippos. Watson was a fantastic guide and we were the first to spot lions on two separate occasions, getting the best views. He was considerate of maximizing our time at the park and took care to give us the best angles whilst sharing fun anecdotes. Overall a great experience, even compared with some of my past trips. Some other companies were unable to secure Sheldrick, or tour guides lacked depth in explanations etc, but no negatives for this tour. Maybe one thing to note is the lunch is okay but on the quick and basic side, so if you want a particular restaurant or full meal, it’s better to reserve a private tour.
