What To Expect
Service Process – Please Read Before Booking **Trip Confirmation (2 Days Before)** We will email you 2 days before your service to confirm your pick-up date, time, and location. Driver details are not provided in advance as they may change. **Driver Contact** The driver will contact you via WhatsApp or email the night before or on the day of service. Please ensure your WhatsApp number is correct and reachable. **Airport Pick-Up – We offer two pick-up time options for airport transfers** 1. Flight Tracking (Recommended) -Select your pick-up time close to your flight’s scheduled arrival time. -The driver will track your flight and provide 90 minutes of free waiting after landing. 2. Selected Pick-up Time -You can choose your preferred pick-up time. -The driver will arrive around that time and provide 30 minutes of free waiting. -Flight tracking is not included for this option. If your selected pick-up time is more than 1 hour after your flight’s arrival, it will be treated as a “Selected Pick-up Time” option. **Non-Airport Pick-Up** For city or hotel pick-ups, the driver will wait up to 15 minutes at your confirmed meeting point (such as hotel lobby or entrance). ⏱ Overtime Charge: If the waiting time exceeds the free waiting period, an additional fee of ¥2,500 per 30 minutes will apply. **Vehicle Options – Fully insured, comfortable private cars with professional drivers** -Up to 5 passengers: Fits up to 5 suitcases (24-inch size). Toyota Alphard or similar. -Up to 8 passengers: Fits up to 8 suitcases. Toyota Hiace. Please select the vehicle type based on the total number of passengers and your luggage size.

1.00We never got picked up. We could not find the pick up location despite two airport employees who were familiar with the airport trying very hard to help us. We tried to contact the driver explaining we didn’t know how to get to the pickup location. After about a hour trying to figure it out we ended up taking a taxi which cost almost double. We contacted Viator and explained the whole situation and I’m sure they also had access to the emails that were sent to the driver from us and even still they sent us an email saying we would not be getting a refund.

Always on time.. called me 1 day prior to confirm . Picked us up at the hotel,others will have u meet at a puck up spot. We were lost in japan. Viator made it easier and guided and toured us. A+++.
