What To Expect
Booking Confirmation You’ll receive a confirmation email 3 days before your service to reconfirm the pick-up time and location. Note: Bookings cannot be changed within 24 hours of the scheduled service. Driver Contact Your driver will contact you via WhatsApp within 24 hours before pick-up. Please reply to ensure smooth coordination. Airport Pick-Up We use flight tracking by default. Your driver will monitor your flight and wait up to 90 minutes after landing. If you prefer a specific pick-up time instead, please contact customer service in advance. If no request is made, we will operate under the flight tracking setting. City / Hotel Pick-Up The driver will wait in the car for up to 20 minutes at the scheduled time. Vehicle details will be sent via WhatsApp. Flight Delays If your flight is delayed or cancelled, please notify us at least 6 hours in advance. Without notice, the service will follow the original schedule. Luggage Each passenger may bring one 24-inch suitcase. Extra or oversized luggage may require additional seats. If the luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, the driver reserves the right to refuse the service.

5.00Driver E waited for us for a long time. Took us a while to get thru immigration and customs. He was waiting for us when we got outside. We got to our hotel without incident. On the flip side, on the way back to Narita we hit a snug, we were suppose to be picked up by 8:30, the driver didn’t show up, so I called the emergency line and the response was swift. They were able to pick us up within 15 minutes. The driver was efficient (didnt get his name), he got us to Narita as quickly as possible. And we got a partial refund for their blunder. I was impressed. Will use again.

5.00Our driver Tanaka-san went above and beyond during our pickup in Narita Airport and transfer to our Airbnb in Akihabara. The drive was smooth and all our group members felt very safe throughout the 1.5 hour trip into Tokyo City on a Friday evening. We were so satisfied with the excellent degree of service provided by Tanaka-san, that we already booked our return pickup and transfer to Narita. 😁

5.00Our driver, Tanaka-san, exceeded our expectations from start to finish. As the primary contact for our group reservation, he reached out the day before our departure from the U.S., which immediately set a tone of professionalism and care. Communication was excellent—courteous, responsive, and efficient both over WhatsApp and in person. Upon arrival at Narita, our group experienced a minor delay at immigration due to one traveler missing a pre-check step. Despite this, following the pickup instructions was seamless. We sent Tanaka-san a photo of our location at the NRT taxi curbside pickup area, and within five minutes he arrived with a spotless, spacious van that comfortably accommodated our group and luggage. The drive into Tokyo was smooth and reassuring, and we felt safe the entire time. Tanaka-san played a big role in making our first experience in Japan a positive one, and we’re very grateful for his outstanding service. Highly recommended.

5.00Really great experience. Our driver, Wang, was communicative and courteous, and the ride was comfortable. We lost an AirTag in the car and he came back the day after to drop it at our hotel which was super nice.

1.00Very average transfer experience. Driver was rude. Didn’t say 1 word, we had 6 bags and 2 kids, didn’t offer to help. He didn’t wait with all other transfer people with the sign when you come out the gates, and instead he was somewhere else we couldn’t find [difficult in a foreign airport to find a particular area we aren’t familiar with]. Wouldn’t recommend and would of been easier and a lot cheaper to get a taxi

5.00Booking with Pick-U was hands down one of our best decisions for our trip. My sister and I took my parents, who are in their 60s, their first trip to Tokyo. We last minute decided to book with Pick-U, and we’re so glad because our flight from ICN to NRT was delayed by 4 hours. Our driver Frank, who was so friendly and responsive, reached out to me the night before our flight via WhatsApp. Because I had direct contact with him, I was able to update him with our constant delays, and he was always responsive. Once we landed and grabbed our luggage, Frank was already there at our meeting point. It was a short walk from the meeting point to the car load-in spot. I booked a 6-seater, which comfortably fit 4 adults, 2 big suitcases, 1 carry-on, and 2 backpacks. After a rough travel day, it felt nice having this seamless and luxurious experience. Would definitely recommend!!

3.00I booked a pick up at Narita for 17:30 and the company confirmed a 90 minute wait allowance. We arrived at the pick up point at 18:00 and we're told an additional 2000 yen charge would apply because they were waiting since 16:30 which was our flight arrival time. The pick up company claimed they did not receive our pick up time request. You need to evaluate your scheduling process between TripAdvisor and the local service agent. At least we had a ride but the additional charge and rationale was quite disappointing.
