You will need to swim multiple sections of 25 metres as you discover smugglers caves, find out about the areas local history and wild swim your way along our magical coastline, all guided and supported by our experienced and qualified Coasteering guides.
Coasteering in Newquay is a fantastic adventure activity that is accessible to all walks of life. You don"t have to do anything you don't want to do!

What To Expect

Discover the Newquay coastline like you have never seen and join us for an adventure filled Coasteering session in Newquay. You must be able to swim confidently 25 metres in open water to take part in this activity. Challenge yourself to daring deep water jumps, traverse along the water’s edge, (easy) rock climbing, and explore whirlpools, gullies and caves as you experience the beautiful coastline up close by wild swimming.

5.00My Son recently had the chance to try coasteering with Cornish Wave for the first time, and I can honestly say it was one of the most exhilarating and rewarding experiences of his life. Imagine scrambling over rugged cliffs, exploring hidden sea caves, leaping from rock ledges into the crystal-clear sea, and letting the waves carry along dramatic coastlines — all in one unforgettable session for him. I wish can give 1000/1000 to Cornish Wave.

5.00We booked a family surf lesson for my children (8 & 11 yrs) and my husband. All apart from husband had no experience. Lucy our instructor looked after us. Super friendly and super helpful. We all had a wonderful time and loved how she broke down the lesson into two parts,so we first got a taster of how to manage to the board and then how to attempt to stand. My son was standing in no time and I even managed to attempt standing by the end. Such a fantastic experience, highly recommend.

5.00The experience was everything we had hoped for! The instructors were fab and supported my youngest when he had 'a moment', encouraging him, so that he achieved a jump into the water, overcoming his fear and making his day. Well recommended!
