A good variety of samples, tasty and in addition , Indy was a wonderful guide who gave us background an insight to the food and places on the tour. I have been on many food tours and Indy and the food definitely made it one of the best.

Exceptional!! Our tour could not have been better. Not only did we get to taste an incredible amount of local delicious foods, but also learned a great deal about Thai culture and what has shaped the regional cuisine. Our tour guide Moi, was exceptionally nice and did a fantastic tour. She was a great teacher and her enthusiasm for sharing her knowledge of Thai food and its history made the tour one of the highlights of our Chiang Mai visit.

An excellent food tour of Chang Mai visiting restaurants, street food stalls and markets. Our guide Moui was very knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic. It was really interesting to taste the different culinary influences from Northern Thailand, Central Thailand, Burma and India. We would never have found these venues without Moui’s inside knowledge and passion for Thai cuisine. Thank you Moui for a great evening!

Great experience learning about the foods of central and north Thailand and the various different influences on the cuisine. Having a guide explain dishes and origin was super interesting. We ate foods I would never have known to order on my own as well as stopping at a variety of places it would have been difficult to navigate on our own. We also did a chefs tour in Bangkok that was equally great! Expand your palate!

Excellent way to not only taste many tasty traditional foods but also learn the history of culinary changes in Thailand over the years. Tour guide was excellent and food was great! The tour highlighted long standing chefs and local restaurants. I was satisfyingly full and we experienced many parts of the city. Bottled water was also included as needed.

Indi was a wonderful guide, who not only taught us about the food of Northern Thailand, but also was a wealth of knowledge about the locality, the culture and the history. There were 7 in our group and we quickly became friends whilst sharing everything from tropical fruit and delicious slow roasted meats to vegan pizzas, sticky rice desserts and bugs! This is a ‘must do’ and worth every penny.
