Chiang Mai
Don’t follow the herd. Forget green curry and pad Thai, that's central Thai fare. Hop on board our private songthaew truck for four hours of feasting. Hit up the street eats and fresh markets across the city gorging on 15+ Northern Thai tastings. Many are unaware that this used to be the Lanna Kingdom well before it was part of Thailand and its food influences come from neighbouring Myanmar, China and beyond. We don't want to spoil the surprise, but some drool-worthy highlights include the zingy nam ngiaw noodles, the meaty larb salads, the sizzling lemongrass sai oua sausages and piquant nam prik relishes among many more lip-smackingly good tastings at places you'd struggle to find alone.

A great introduction to Northern cuisine, especially if you don’t know where to start. These tours are especially great for solo travelers, since you get to try many dishes, while alone you might be able to try one. Aim, the guide, was very knowledgeable and was very excited to share her knowledge with us.

Ami our guide was excellent—knowledgeable and friendly. She made the experience a worthwhile one, introducing us to cuisines and locations we would not likely tried on our own.

This was a great experience. We did this tour on the 2nd day we arrived so that we could have great places to come back to for more complete meals. Everything was small portions so we could try 20 different foods. Try and pace yourself because you'll be eating sooo much. Highly recommended and the tour guide was great and knowledgeable about a lot of things. There was some light walking but we mostly took a red bus from place to place.

They are simply amazing. I did this tour in Bangkok and Chiang Mai - both were absolutely fantastic. Full of flavours, interesting info, delicious food that you'd probably not find out yourself. Recommend to all food lovers!

Good value for money. Our tour guide was great. She did a fantastic job of explaining what we were going to be experiencing and giving us local history at the same time. There was TONS of food. So don’t eat anything before coming. We really enjoyed most of the offerings.

Excellent tour with some amazing food, covered a variety of Northern Thai cusine. Mia our guide was fantastic, explaining what we were eating and its preparation. The tour was via Red Taxi wagon which was perfect especially as it rained at times. Visit to local market to pick up some samples, if you like to try different things, this is the tour for you. We were a group of 8, all from different countries but amazing to share the experience

Moui was an excellent tour guide and a wealth of knowledge about the city, culture and food. Every spot we went to for food was great; I had a hard time selecting a favorite dish. If you only have time for one or two tours, you can’t go wrong picking this one.

Good food tour and our guide was very knowledgeable. It was planned meticulously and everything was waiting at each stop. We learnt a lot about Thai cuisine and Chiang Mai’s history and ate some really great food. Everything was done by van - it might have been nice to have had a little bit of walking too.
