“Fournos of Menelaos “ is a traditional family bakery. Here you will taste flavors that are unique and found in this part of Greece , such as Kokoretsi, kanourma and cured meats . All food will be paired with distilled drink “tsipouro “ and “raki” .

5.00It was a lot of fun! Lena was very knowledgeable about Kavala and it was really fun to try two different wineries and compare. It was a small group and a they made you feel very welcome! Each party in the small group (8 people total) were driven in different cars. our cruise ship was running behind, and Lena and friends waited for us and accommodated everyone by getting us different pastries to try from the bakery on our way to the wineries since we wouldn’t have enough time to go to the bakery. The wine was delicious and we were able to try a variety of Greek wines! Definitely recommend!

5.00This is a signature, one-of-a-kind tour that is a MUST for any wine lover visiting Kavala. We learned about wine and the history of the region during a wonderful afternoon touring the Northern Greece countryside. The guide grew up in the are and is amazing!
