Gracias Princess Cpt.Jack Even though we had a lot of rain during the tour, we still had a great time. We learned a lot and the guide was awesome — friendly, fun, and kept a great vibe despite the weather. He adapted really well and made the whole experience totally worth it. Definitely recommend! Thanks Princess CptJack

Thank you for this amazing time! You did a great job, the conditions were very difficult. The weather conditions were terribly, with heavy downpours.. I'd like to say a huge thank you to the driver who drove us safely, and a special thank you to our guide Jack. He kept joking with us, despite all the inconveniences. It’s very smart and cool team, and it was very interesting! Thank you guys! You did a great job!

Weather was POURING; yet Jack & Kopono made the best out of the experience by utilizing our time & taking us to other amazing spots! They were so sweet and funny with lots of great history and fun facts. We did so much in the rain and Kopono drove so safely! Great job Jack!!! GREAT! Loved it!

Despite our tour being caught in a flash flood, Katherine and Neil kept us on schedule and still entertained us.

One of my three favorite restaurants in Vienna (the other two are Buxbaum and Thell) and still seems to be a pretty well-kept secret from tourists. It was actually a little tricky to find the first time (it's in a tiny side alley). It's a quite warm (don't come in a sweater), small, cozy place, so reservations are absolutely necessary. (They appear to have courtyard seating when the weather's warm). The crowd is sophisticated, well-heeled, and international, and being there feels like being part of an insider club. The food is high-end and priced accordingly. The cocktails are truly special. The tables are small and close together, and we've had some great conversations with couples sitting near us (until food starts arriving, of course, when attention turns properly to food). We typically order the Chef's Choice tasting menu with wine pairings, and the preparations are so creative that we usually receive at least a couple of dishes with flavors we've never had before. If there is a food I normally would not order/eat, I will eat it here because the preparations are so lovely. Our young Austrian waiter was warm and friendly, the only odd note was when he kept calling us, a male-female couple, "you guys", which felt far too casual for a place this high-end (he had spent time in L.A.).

Kathleen and Neil were great! Kathleen had to deal with a lot due to inclement weather, but she made it super entertaining.
