• Interesting tour and good stops, wouldn’t work with this tour co again though.

  The tour stops were food and we saw a wide variety of things but there were several problems: The tour was advertised, including admission to Duell, in fact it did not. We had to buy separate tickets for the activities at Joel, it also included a stop at the temple which we never went to, our tour was New Year’s Eve so perhaps there was a schedule changed, but they never communicated that to us. We had very serious concerns about the safety of our driver, he appeared to be drowsy at the wheel and crossed over the center line, and hit median barrier cones on several occasions on the road, multiple passengers were concerned and even tried to call the main tour office, nobody ever answered the phone there. There was a “snorkeling” trip with dirty sandy snorkels, and no life jackets or staff in the water at a beach without lifeguards. Ultimately it was a nerve wracking trip I wouldn’t make again. Driver was Kap. He seemed knowledgeable and polite but should not have been driving. He seemed extremely fatigued or under the influence, and that didn’t really resolve through the day.

  It was awesome and we all had a great time. The guide was fun and informative to point out things along the roads. We would use them again.

  I brought my family on this tour and it was amazing. The staff were friendly and personable. Even though it rained, the tour had its highlights. We got our days worth of island experience for a great price. The only thing I would improve is the snorkeling spot.

  We had an amazing time The length of ride was an truly all day event If you are looking for a quick tour this is not it. I enjoyed it, but I would have rather a shorter tour. The time given for the tour is listed, Im older now I cant handle what i use too!!! Thanks

  It is deceiving. They promise you snorkeling with the turtles and that they provide life jackets. It's a lie. They take you to a rocky beach and no life jackets. Waste of time and money. Deceitful company.

  Bus was dilapidated. Driver dropped us all at Turtle Bay and was supposed to return at a set time. We all were there on time but the driver showed up 20 minutes late leaving us all standing in a downpour.

  Great overall tour of the island. Loved all the stops and staff was great. The dole whip at the plantation hit the spot. Would definitely take this tour if you can swing the time.

  My tour guide Rob was the worst and not nice to me when I would ask him questions about the snorkeling when he would think I’ve been to Hawaii before and how I’m supposed to know the weather and would talk to me as if I’m stupid saying that “oh it’s winter it’s up to you if you want to go in the water or not, you should know it’s winter” yeah obviously it’s winter but Hawai’i weather is different ban where I live. I was just asking if we were snorkeling cuz it’s drizzling? Another thing that I didn’t appreciate was when he dropped us off to our locations the original spot he picked me up from, I let him know that I was going to go to the other spot that he was dropping everyone else off and he was saying “oh where’s the girl who’s traveling alone?” I don’t appreciate him saying I was traveling alone or by my self. That’s not okay to say especially about my personal information with a bunch of strangers in the bus. I honestly want a full refund given the fact that he exposed me and was being very rude to me throughout the whole trip. Rob also kept repeating that we were the most boring crowd and that we should’ve shown more enthusiasm when we literally woke up at 7 AM as if we were supposed to have energy at that time….When all of us came from different states which is different time zones, which I don’t think he understands. Last but not least i thought we were going to pass the Byodo temple which is why I bought this ticket and we did not pass it all or even see it so I feel like we didn’t get the best from our excursion.

  当日、6:20に集合したバスの中で、今日はドールプランテーション等2箇所は行きませんと知らされました。そのまま下車した客もいました。ツアーの看板のシュノーケルを貸してもらえませんでした。とても早く帰れたのは良かったのですが、大切なハワイの1日が台無しでした。 On the day, we gathered at 6:20 and were informed on the bus that we would not be going to two destinations, including Dole Plantation. Some passengers got off the bus without doing so. We were not able to borrow the snorkel that was listed on the tour sign. It was good that we were able to return home very early, but it ruined a precious day in Hawaii.
