This is an excellent walking tour of the parts of Buenos Aires that you never normally see. We’ve been to Buenos Aires several times before and we’ve never been to any of the places we visited today. It’s really well organised with a driver taking you to places that are normally difficult to reach as a tourist, especially as Buenos Aires is such a big city. Big thumbs up to our guide. Highly recommended!

I had the best day on this tour. I felt so lucky to have the driver and tour guide that I had. Mariana was a wealth of knowledge and shared so many cool details and information on the city. I had a lot of questions and she was able to answer them all. I was extremely impressed. Mariana spoke English very well which helped make the experience so much nicer being able to learn all the knowledge she was able to share with me. I had no idea Buenos Aires had all these extra places that we went to today. This was definitely the highlight of my trip to Buenos Aires and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for something different from the normal everyday things.

We enjoyed visiting the areas that only the locals know about. Our favorite area was Chinatown, did not realize how vast Buenos Aires is.

The Off the Beaten Path tour in Buenos Aires was a fantastic, immersive experience. It veered away from the usual tourist spots and took me through areas and neighborhoods you’d never see on a standard itinerary. The guide, Marcelo, was incredibly knowledgeable and brought the city’s character to life. ##Highlights - Visited Chacarita and the mausoleum of tango greats, including Carlos Gardel. - Explored neighborhoods that are off the typical tourist radar. - Gorgeous architecture and vibrant street scenes that showcase Buenos Aires’ unique charm. - I even spoke with locals who were unaware of some of what Marcelo showed me. - You’ll discover Chinatown in Buenos Aires, a surprising highlight of the tour. Marcelo was a standout guide—friendly, thoughtful, and full of interesting history and local insights. His depth of knowledge made the stops more meaningful and the whole experience more engaging. Final verdict If you’re seeking an authentic Buenos Aires experience away from the usual routes, this tour is a great choice. Highly recommended for architecture fans, history buffs, and anyone looking for a different perspective on the city.

I did three walking tours, and they were all brilliant. Martin was passionate, knowledgeable and a great guide. Maria brought colour to La Boca, and shared so much of the history. And, in my opinion it wouldn’t be worth more than a quick visit to the Cemetery without such a well informed guide. Thank you :)

Vito was an excellent guide with fair and appropriate information from all the places we visited on the tour. Also always willing and attentive to any other queries or changes in the route of the tour. Recommended.

We were lucky to have gove back to the Iglesia de Sta. Maria Auxilladora, this time with our very animated and knowledgeable guide, Vito Pellegrini. He gave us a deeper understanding of the church's origins and we were also able to see the fount where the late Pope Francis was baptized. Vito also showed us the highlights of the Chakrita cemetary and the "twin homes" of the English area of BA. He also respected our request to end our tour with a mass at the Catedral Metropolitana and pointed out to us some important details to seek out at the catedral after the mass. We highly recommend this tour and thank both Vito and Paolo, our driver, for an enjoyable morning.

Fantastic look at Buenos Aries that most people don’t get to see. We absolutely loved Mariano. Super knowledgeable about his city and its history and he’s really put together a great alternate to the traditional city tour. We did the classic tour on the day before and this was a great compliment to that, but if you only have a day this is also a fantastic option. Gives you a really local feel and a look at parts of the city you wont normally see.

I really appreciated getting to experience more of BA than I ever knew existed or found on the internet. The knoledgeable information provided during the entire tour made it even better. The transportation was seamless and being able to walk around and then be picked up where you stopped walking instead of having to rush back to find and meet a bus felt like a luxury. I would recommend this tour to everyone!
