Experience the essence of Argentine cuisine as you explore Buenos Aires' best parrillas and learn why it's a true paradise for meat lovers.
An “asado” in Argentina is more than just a way to cook meat, it's a cherished tradition, a social gathering that brings together friends, family, and even coworkers to share laughter, stories, and great food. It’s our way of connecting, and for many, a true ritual of togetherness.
As you savor the meal, your expert guide will share insights into the history of the asado and its deep cultural roots, helping you experience it not just as a dish, but as a meaningful part of Argentine life.
The tour then takes you to a traditional parrilla, where you’ll try the famous choripán, our most beloved sandwich and a staple of local street food.
This culinary experience goes beyond just tasting incredible meat. It invites you to discover the stories, people, and places that make Argentine barbecue a symbol of our identity and way of life.

I think my fellow travelers should know that we learnt about the food and cuts of Argentina. We have tasted several cuts of meat and learnt about wine pairing as well in regards of each cut. Also the difference between the types of beef and how it was raised.
