The day starts with a pick up at your place in a private vehicle and from there we head to the west of Medellin to a rural area looking for the perfect altitude of 7,000 feet above sea level.
Our flights usually take around 15 minutes. However, this can vary depending on weather conditions.
You fly over one of the best contrasts: dozens of dairy farms as well as skyscrappers in the bottom of the valley as you can see the whole Medellin city from the sky.
At all times you will be safe knowing that your licensed and experienced pilot is right there with you.
We know how important is to have long-lasting memories of this experience so we'll make sure to have it all recorded and that's why we included the GoPro camera service with no extra-cost for you, just make sure to bring an SD card or have enough space in your phone to transfer the content.

What To Expect
This private Paragliding Medellin Tour takes place 7,000 feet above sea level. We will be going towards the west of Medellin to a rural area looking for the perfect altitude. At Medellin Day Trips we only hire local experienced pilots. Some of them started to work on this since they were 10 years old. They are all farmers' children that chose this profession instead of the rural duties. So by taking this tour you are also supporting them.

5.00This was a really fun experience that my wife and I did. Andres does a great job on coordination and he's very good with communication. I've traveled to about 30 countries so I've seen a lot of tour guides, and I would no hesitate to use Andres again. We had never paraglided before but this was a TON of fun. The paragliding pros were very courteous and very professional. Would recommend

5.00Our tour guide Laura was amazing! By the end of the trip we felt like we knew her for years. She also made us feel comfortable about Paragliding being that she’s done it over 10x! The staff there also make sure you’re safe, secured and that you feel at ease. They took amazing pics with the go pro that included videos! The view from the top is breathtaking!! It’s definitely a bucket list experience and I’m glad I experienced it. I recommend it 100%!!

5.00This was a great tour that I booked at the last minute. Our guide Andres from Medellin Day Trips reached out the day before to introduce himself and to go over possible weather conditions. He provided great communication, spoke english very well & was very professional. Any questions you may have concerning the excursion, or things to do/ see/ buy while in Medellín he’s willing to help. We had a great time and the two guys that assisted us (as this was our first time paragliding) were awesome as well! I give everyone 5 gold stars. We had fun, and can’t wait to bring the rest of our family back to experience this awesome tour.

5.00Everything you could imagine when paragliding. I would suggest wearing pants and bringing bug spray. It was a great experience and would do it again 10/10! Sebastian was amazing.

5.00This was an amazing experience, thanks to Andres! The weather wasn’t great in the morning but Andres was super communicative and kept me updated. A few hours later it cleared up and we were able to go! Fun, safe experience. Andres and his team went out of their way to make sure we had a good time. As a bonus, we learned a lot about the culture and history. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Also flexible, dropped us off at the metro station so we could cable car back. 10/10, highly recommend! Must-do in Medellin.
