Our driver was very knowledgeable and safe and we experienced a very enjoyable day. We had a bit of difficulty finding the driver as he was unable to park at the port terminal.

How knowledgeable our guide was and how generous he was…..offered to use his own money to pay for entry fees and ice creams as we didn’t have local currency. We repaid along with a generous tip for him and the driver. Great tour 😃

We spent half a day with our now friend, Mohammed Firdauz on our second day in Georgetown. Great way to get oriented & Suss out some of the main historic sites (and other sites of interest along the way). Mohammed has excellent English, has excellent knowledge - historically & otherwise - I’m very inquisitive, and he met our every need. A he’s a lovely bloke to boot. Highly recommended!

Magen was great! We booked this for a group of 6 - 3 adults and 3 children (12 , 9, 7). We did this as a cruise excursion and it worked out splendidly. Driver sent us a text prior to us getting off the cruise. Met us just outside the terminal and we were off. Magen had a map of places and suggestions. We had him take us to the laying down Budda, the Quay, factory, coffee and chocolate shop, and then Penang Hill. Since there were so many of us and it was a holiday that day, Magen recommended we take a hero to the top of Penang hill. We were glad we did. Not only was it less expensive, but we avoided long queues at the top of the hill of people waiting for the train back down. A great way to see Penang - Highly recommend this!
